Worst experience ever. Foreign accent on the phone and are hard to communicate with if you have questions. When I called, the first was a male yesterday who said that someone could come out today and when I inquired on a quote he said as the answering service, he could not provide one over the phone but that he’d have a technician call me back to provide more information and an estimate. He also said that they come out and give a FREE consultation and then they would give us a price and we could decide whether or not we wanted to have the work done. Well, the technician never called me back to discuss the matter further as I had many questions. This morning a female, also with an accent and hard to understand, called me to confirm our appointment. I said okay but I still never received a quote or call back from the technician? She assured me she would call me back in 3-5 minutes with additional information or have the technician call me before showing up. She never did. Two hours later the “technician” arrives and before even looking at our dryer or the vents he tells my husband it will be $500 for the service plus a $70 service charge. This is way higher than the other quote we received of $140 from another business. My husband told him absolutely not and that we were told on the phone there was a free consultation so we would not be paying the $70. The technician told my husband that he would not leave without pay or without “proof” of what we were told on the phone about receiving a free quote. Unprofessional. The whole situation could have been avoided had the “technician” called me back first like I had requested before just showing up at our house. Moral of the story - Do not do business with this place, it’s a scam and nearly 4-5x the price of 3 other business we’ve since called for the same service - dryer vent cleaning.
