John is the absolute BEST!! Always gets me on the schedule and keeps in touch through emails letting me know when he’ll arrive. He cleans my windows on a 2nd floor condo and does an awesome job!! Highly recommend John and Family First👍

Family first did an amazing job on my two story home. Very professional, and such and amazing job! I would recommend them to everyone that’s trying to have their windows and back patio looking right before the family get together.

I could not not give more praise! They cleaned all the house windows that had not been cleaned in many yrs. They look fabulous!!
They also repaired and cleaned a grey dingy deck. It looks new now. The deck will have a few more years before it must be rebuilt. They were very professional and prompt. The price was very fair. I would hire them again.

We had big Fall cleaning and were very happy with Family First. We had the pool cage, pool area, house gutters, sidewalks and driveway cleaned. We also had both the inside and outside windows done. In addition, we had our wood fence cleaned and sealer applied. All the work was done in a day and half at a reasonable
cost. Both John and his assistant were great to work with. We will use their services again.

Great quality work. John did my entire house walls driveway patio and pool cage and it looks amazing. I just purchased this home and thought my pool cage was done and it was going to cost me thousands to repair but after he cleaned it WOW it ready to go. My kids are enjoying the nice clean pool area as i write this review. Thank you. I definitely recommend them

John and his crew exceeded our expectations. I had them clean all of our exterior windows and they did an excellent job for me. They work hard and they work quickly. The windows haven' looked this clean in years and I'll will be calling them back as soon as their services are needed!

This is a top-notch, professional crew! We had them come early in the summer to pressure clean our pool deck and the finished product was simply wonderful.

Just this past week we had them come back and clean our outside windows, tracks and screens. All our windows are now perfectly clean and streak free.

John did a great job making my concrete, roof, and windows sparkle. He even cleaned the concrete landscape edging without me asking. There were a couple of accidental bleach spots on the grass, but John was great about making things right. He accepted full responsibility and went out of his way to ensure 100% satisfaction. This is not something you could say about most companies. All of my neighbors were impressed by the finished product and the overall professionalism shown. I would highly recommend and will continue to do business with them.

We were referred to John and the team of Family First Window & Pressure Cleaning from our long time window washer who moved north. This is our 2nd year that John and his team have cleaned both my parents condo and ours. We are thrilled with the results! The windows and screens were cleaned and sparkle! Oak pollen and debris were clogging my metal roof drainage. 🤧 The butter yellow house paint had turned a dull and dirty. But after Jordan worked so hard my house now shines! I have received multiple compliments. Definitely recommend this company. They show up as promised and do a great job.

I had my home and windows cleaned recently, top notch service. Craig worked very hard to ensure the property was cleaned. Having recently installed plantation shutters it made it very difficult to clean my windows, buy he used a little innovation and elbow grease to get them sparkling again. It's rare to find that type of work ethic these days. I highly recommend John and his crew. I will definitely use them again.

John and crew did an amazing job cleaning all our windows, screens, and sliding doors inside and out, plus all sills and even all the mirrors inside!! Great company to work with!! Highly recommend this family owned company!

I had a last minute need to turn a house that had just moved out of from a mess into one that was ready to hit the market. Kim made magic happen to get my cleaning done in time. The quality of work was immaculate. This was one of those experiences that went just right. I wasn’t available to meet them and they showed up and did the work right on time and in less time (and lower cost) than was estimated. Can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve had Pretty Clean service for about 5 months now and they haven’t failed me yet. The first service was a deep cleaning and they were amazing. They cleaned everything from top to bottom. They now come and do routine cleaning every month and my house looks and smells wonderful. I highly recommend them. The girls are extremely friendly and work hard . Can’t get any better.

They are wonderful, Shelby and Paige always come on-time ready to go with a smile on their faces. Anything I ask, they are there to help. They work the full time allotted mopping and or sweeping on their way out the door so not to leave prints. Oh and let me mention Kim (owner) so nice and helpful with ideas. Always there to answer my questions.

I get cleaning every 3 weeks. Mia and Michelle do an excellent job every time. They always listen to my needs and are speedy and thorough!
