Wow!!! So impressed. Stephen was able to make next day arrangements to come out and did my entire upstairs (carpet) that REEKED of dog pee and just yuck. So happy with the turnout, I don’t think these carpets have been so clean in years. Can’t wait to have him back to do the downstairs.

Do not recommend at all. We requested a couch clean for a couch we had just bought with a lingering smell. This was specifically mentioned in the quote and consult. After service the couch smelt worse than before! We reached out to owner who replied extremely unprofessionally. He even threatened to report a bad review enough to get it taken down. Save your money and please go elsewhere!

I highly recommend Refresh Carpet. I found them on the Nextdoor app with great reviews. Stephen came out and cleaned my carpets in my apartment and did a great job. Very professional and super nice guy. I will be calling him again when I move out of my next place. Very reasonable price.
