I was very pleased with the service I received from Max’s team. From their arrival to completion, Max, Jamiek, Calvin, Leo, and I think one other, worked diligently to complete my AC installation. Max kept me informed at every step. It was a pleasure having such knowledgeable, friendly and courteous installers at my home.
I was also pleased with the service I received from Bruce, he was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. James was also friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to get the results that I wanted.
I will definitely recommend Sunrise, and use them for any future service.

Anthony was terrific! I would give him 10 stars if I could. He covered his shoes as soon as he stepped inside. He explained everything so I could understand, and showed me pictures of the work that was needed and what he did. I’ve always been happy with the service from Sunrise, and Anthony reinforced it 10⭐️‘S.

Spencer the technician that came out when my AC stopped on a 90 degree day was very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He explained step by step what he was doing and the cost with me beforehand and while performing a diagnostic test on my unit. Of course my unit seemed to be running fine when he came but instead of trying to find a costly problem when there was none he told me if the unit stops running again just leave it and call Sunrise so they can come out again and if it happens within 30 days it will be warranted. I’ve used Sunrise for over 3 years and always been happy with the friendly and professional techs and office personnel I’ve dealt with.

Update: Corbin came out today for our maintenance. He was fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with a few questions we had. We really appreciate his time and work!

Huge thanks to Sunrise and Anthony for helping us out with our AC today! The customer service was exceptional across the board, from the first phone call early this morning and then again with Anthony’s work in the afternoon.
