I was very pleased with the service I received from Max’s team. From their arrival to completion, Max, Jamiek, Calvin, Leo, and I think one other, worked diligently to complete my AC installation. Max kept me informed at every step. It was a pleasure having such knowledgeable, friendly and courteous installers at my home.
I was also pleased with the service I received from Bruce, he was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. James was also friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to get the results that I wanted.
I will definitely recommend Sunrise, and use them for any future service.

Anthony was terrific! I would give him 10 stars if I could. He covered his shoes as soon as he stepped inside. He explained everything so I could understand, and showed me pictures of the work that was needed and what he did. I’ve always been happy with the service from Sunrise, and Anthony reinforced it 10⭐️‘S.

Spencer the technician that came out when my AC stopped on a 90 degree day was very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He explained step by step what he was doing and the cost with me beforehand and while performing a diagnostic test on my unit. Of course my unit seemed to be running fine when he came but instead of trying to find a costly problem when there was none he told me if the unit stops running again just leave it and call Sunrise so they can come out again and if it happens within 30 days it will be warranted. I’ve used Sunrise for over 3 years and always been happy with the friendly and professional techs and office personnel I’ve dealt with.

Update: Corbin came out today for our maintenance. He was fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with a few questions we had. We really appreciate his time and work!

Huge thanks to Sunrise and Anthony for helping us out with our AC today! The customer service was exceptional across the board, from the first phone call early this morning and then again with Anthony’s work in the afternoon.

Customer support and dispatcher were very plesant to talk too. I was happy with Anthony's service. He was very respectful and friendly. Wife really appreciated that he wore boot covers every time he entered the house. Anthony listened to what I wanted, did thorough evaluation of targeted rooms and explained next steps in the process well.

Noah was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. I'm very appreciative that he was able to get out so quickly!!!!

Anthony was awesome! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and detailed. He was friendly with my children and made a sometimes stressful time into a calm and informative time. The staff I worked with to book appt was also very kind and the desk pick up the phone right away. There were no surprises. They said they would call 30 min prior to tech arrival and they did. They mean what they say. Highly recommend!

Colin was our AC tech. He did a great job serving both AC’s He was a very nice young man , pleasant and personable. I would trust him more than the AC company we had before.

Nick made all repairs in quick and effective manner. Great communication on all work completed.

We had a surprise issue come up, and Sunrise was able to get their technician out right away! Spencer was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the issue and our options, and helping us get our AC in working order with a plan moving forward to keep things in good condition.

Everything was communicated well and in advance so we understood the process, our options, and any charges. Would highly recommend to anyone, and thank you Spencer for all your help!

We are very happy with the sales, installation and service of our HVAC. Sunrise employees are knowledgeable about their products, helpful, and we appreciate they are thoughtful about keeping their work areas clean, wearing shoe covers when they enter our home. We recommend them highly.

Sunrise did an amazing job! They helped us after our A/C went out after the hurricane! They were super quick with responding to our email and came out the next morning after I called them late the day before. Travis is amazing and I will 100% be giving them all of our A/C business.

Justin was well versed in all of the parts and functions of our air conditioner/ heater, and explained things and answered questions in a very clear way. He was very nice, respectful and patient. And we appreciate how quickly we were able to get an appointment.

I researched sunrise because I’ve had a lot of trouble with air conditioning companies in the past. Their reviews were very good so I called them. Noah was great. He explained everything to me, took pictures of all the problems he saw, we discussed what to fix and then he took after pictures. I have already recommended them to my cousin. I would encourage anyone else to use them. He also left everything spotless.He is very thorough and friendly

Corbin might be my favorite tech I’ve ever had from sunrise now. He was quick, though, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and concerns. I was most appreciate of his ability to understand how I how and when I wanted to pay for the services. He identified a few minor items that other technicians have never called out that would simplify the maintenance efforts for me long term. Hire more like this guy.

Nick came out quickly to evaluate our AC unit which was broken. He was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the unit needs replacing, but he still took the time to work up competing quotes for repairs versus replacement.

I recently had extensive electrical work and an air conditioner installation performed by Sunrise Heat and Air. From the first person to answer the phone to the technicians the service was excellent. Rob and Jolly who did the electrical work and Josiah and Colin who installed the air conditioner were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They showed up exactly when they were scheduled. They explained everything they were going to do and answered all of my questions. I was notified by phone of arrival times and the one time they came at the end of the time window I was notified of this early in the day so I would not have to sit around and wait. Their communication is beyond excellent. The two women who made the appointments are so friendly and efficient. Someone always answers the phone, appointments are made in a very timely manner. . I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Edit.. I needed a very slight adjustment to my thermostat and Sunrise had someone out within 2 days, right on time. Not only did Justin do the adjustment but also did a full check on my a/c system and reminded me of maintenance measures for my a/c. Once again this company came through without a hitch.
