DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will rip you off!! Condescending, unprofessional and the sarcasm is the worst I have ever experienced from any company!! NOW I know why after over 30 yrs in business they have only 17 google reviews!! They probably delete them BUT I will keep posting on every site I can!!

These guys are honest. What more can you say about an AC company. They have been really fair to me and I call them consistently for projects at different properties. Like them alot.

The techs were not knowledgeable about the products/ chemicals they use. Actually said they did not know what was in the chemicals they were using. Just a group of 20 somethings that acted as if they could not care any less. The service was a half measure and they knew better. They just did what they were told and not the right thing. Be mindful of who you hire.
At the very least they were polite.

Barton’s came out and serviced my AC and did very thorough checks to find the problem and sorted the issue. Thank you

Do not use this AC company for your repairs or parts replacements.
If you need a part to be replaced and they do not have that part in stock and they have to get it from a supply house don't hold your breath.They
do not go out of their way to get the part for you,they will not.I was without
AC for 10 days called them several times to see if they have the part which they did not,to me they did not give a dam,when they get it they get it.I got to the point that I was fed up called them after, and said I don't need the part and went to another company.Don't use them they just don't care.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY. Ryon was in my home for less than five minutes & swore at me twice, injured my cat with the door, failed to apologize, and refused to listen to me list the issues we are experiencing. He was NASTY and raised his voice twice, threw a temper tantrum in response to me asking him to conduct himself professionally, then left without doing any work. If you want to be scared in your own home, yelled at by a technician, and not have your a/c serviced, then give this company a call. Otherwise, skip the trauma and hire a professional. UPDATE: owner of the company reached out to my realtor and demanded I delete my honest account of the sequence of events. The owner did not offer any apology for how I was treated.

Our A.C was giving us problems in the evening and Barron's called me back after business hours to make sure that we did not need emergency service. They were very responsive and came out early the next day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had parts on hand to fix the unit and got us cooled off fast! Thank you to the team at Barron's! I live with my grandmother and we get a booklet every month. In the advertisement, it says senior discount when I called up, the guy said we don’t give senior discounts??? And have the nerve to say to me I don’t have a booklet! So I called another company that’s in the booklet and they’re going to come with a senior discount. You guys better get your story straight. Shameful on old people.

Have been using Barron’s for a few years to maintain our older air conditioner. Cannot say enough good things about their service! Service tech, Kenny, arrived on time, appropriately masked and ready to work. Our system is a much older unit that still functions as it’s suppose to, due to the exceptional skills of the people working for this company. A truly honest company in an area saturated by less than trustworthy people. Highly recommend without hesitation!!

The service provided by Barron's AC Service was first rate. Competent and pleasant workers who survived high temperatures and difficult installation of the attic heat exchanger. Highly recommend Barron's for air conditioning needs.

We had to replace our air conditioning system and we received quotes from Barron's, (who has been doing annual maintenance on our air conditioner), and 2 other highly rated air conditioning companies. We decided to select Barron's, due to their familiarity with our current system and their competitive quote. We are very pleased with our decision. They installed the air handler and air conditioner in one day. The Barron's serviceman, Kenny, who has been doing annual service on our old unit, was also present for the new air conditioning installation. Kenny was very instrumental in evaluating our needs in providing the quote. Improvements such as a new return plenum, upsize feeder duct to 14", upsize return to 16", and additional installation of a new supply duct, were recommended and implemented. Kenny also recommended a straight cool split system, instead of a heat pump, since we very rarely use heat in our villa. The servicemen who worked on the installation, JD, Garrett, and Dillon, along with Kenny, were very considerate, professional and available to answer any questions we had. Kenny also noticed that we did not have a proper vent in our Kitchen and provided a directional vent at no additional cost. After they completed the installation, they removed the old equipment, and they cleaned up and thanked us for choosing Barron's. I would definitely recommend Barron's to anyone considering recurring maintenance or a new air conditioner installation.

Friday before Memorial Day weekend, we called and they arrived within an hour! Had us up and running, within an hour! Never seen a service call done that fast. Great guys to deal with. Did not rip us off either! Definitely recommend you giving them a call!
