I highly recommend Brian. He fixed a long-standing problem with my pool tiles. He was responsive, professional, flexible for me to consider different options, and delivered a fantastic final product. Even though I was a small project, he treated me with a high level of customer service and priority.

Hydracare has maintained my pool at my home and previous homes since they began in the area. I haven’t had problems with the owner or the techs that come by. I have had a few issues with my equipment that was NOT the fault of Hydracare and the owner has promptly answered my call or message about what to do and helped me correct whatever happened. I would recommend them.

My pool has been green on several occasions, the excuse is his employees are sending old pictures of a clear pool and they were fired. We were actually home and he claimed they serviced our pool . We have security cameras everywhere and the gate was locked and validated no service was performed. When we questioned him…and caught in more lies… his response “maybe you should find someone else to maintain your pool”. Be very careful, he likes to bill for services and not provide, dishonest.

Brian is great with servicing the Salt Water Pool. Always helpful and does a great job. Highly recommend!

Brian provided great help during Hurricane Debbie when my pool was filled with flood water. In addition Hurricane Milton destroyed my pool cage and metal fragments and screws went into pool. He removed all the metal screws and shavings from the pool. He consistently provides me with excellent service and I highly recommend
