Not sure where you Negative Nancy's are getting your information about management from. You have never worked for Cortez. And you are not customers. Hmmmmm Interesting!

These guys are prompt, reasonable and informative. Called these guys when my A/C unit stopped blowing cold air. Pete arrived in under 2 hours and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. My unit is 12 years old and its time to look at a replacement, I will be calling these guys when the time comes.

These guys are always busy. That's gotta be a good thing, right? Everyone calling for their services must think they are good at what they do. Otherwise they wouldn't be busy...
That being said, I have been working with these guys in one of my buildings for the last 2 years. Great attitude of the techs, the prompt service, and always getting the job done is what has sold me on these guys. Currently bringing them into a new location, and hoping that they will fix the multiple problems here with our HVAC.

This is a family owned business which possesses integrity, trustworthiness & have a great knowledge of AC & just general STUFF!

I ordered a UV light to prevent mold growth & a Reme Halo that cleans viruses out of the air w/in 15 sec.

The family (son, Jon, another son, & founder/Lee are there if you need them & are happy to be of service.

I won’t be going anywhere else!
