Big turnoff and seems deceptive on the surface. Guy that answers phone quotes hourly rate. When they are on the way the rate increases. Cancelled appointment as a result.

I had a leak from my toilet. Called at 830 they were at my house at 930. Friendly fast efficient fair priced job.

Left us hanging with backflow test. Had fine and new guy said it was not working for years. Gate valve was rotted off. Never would return calls.

Called to explain problem with my dishwasher connection. Gentlemen took the time to explain the problem and simple fix. I was prepared to hire their service. Instead, they talked me through it over the phone. Honest service. Didn't try and rip me off. OUTSTANDING!!!

Left at least a half dozen messages about needing repairs to faucets in master bathroom. Have used their services before, but can't get anybody to call me back this time. Will take my business elsewhere.

They repaired a blackflow issue and also completed the backflow inspection on Sept 1, 2020. They never reported the inspection which has caused the county to issue a service order costing us additional dollars. CJ's do not answer their phones or respond to multiple messages. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and follow through.

Mike is competent and honest plumber. We had difficult dishwasher installation and he got it done properly at reasonable charge. Had all needed parts on his truck.

C&J plumbing came to our rescue, when we had a broken pipe. The problem is now fix and we’re most happy with the service and dry floor. We will use them again, when needed and recommend them.

Went on line to request an appt for backflow testing and inquire how much the fee would be. I NEVER received a call from the office or an email response back to discuss the appointment or for them to let me know they were coming. Since I did not receive any notification from CJ's, I decided to search for another company to do my backflow testing. When my technician arrived, there was a CJ's tag already there. Apparently, CJ's plumbing just shows up without calling back or confirming the request. Called CJ's to ask about why I was not contacted at all about their service. The answer was that "this one may have fallen through the cracks." Any professional company would have said, we apologize and we won't charge you for our error. So now I am stuck with having to pay a bill for a service that I was just "requesting to schedule."

If you want any information on services with CJ's, do not use their website form. They will just show up without confirming and charge you.

John is the consummate professional. We have had great experiences with CJ's plumbing especially when we needed them in an emergency. Honest and thorough with their approach and very fair pricing as well. I wouldn't call anyone else.

I contacted CJ's a leaking well and Mike was able to help and schedule an appointment between 1 and 3. they showed up right at 1pm and were able to repair the pipe and resolve my issue in an timely manner and without having to "go pickup a part". The final was under the quoted price. The service was outstanding. Thank you so very much

Have used Coastal many times in the past. Had a kitchen sink installed, and the new one didn't fit properly (owner issue not Coastal) so ERIC went above and beyond to find a solution, which meant he had to come back to the house twice to complete the job. Came out great - thanks again.
