We had our lanai deep cleaned. They did an amazing job got all of the gunk out of the lanai. Also, the pavers looked amazing. I would definitely use them again. I was extremely happy with the service. Also, the gentleman that did the cleaning took this time to explain things to me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did an amazing job. We are preparing my father’s condo for sale and needed to clean the driveway, walkway and patio. We found Sunshine AquaWash and liked the reviews. Wanting to support local we didn’t hesitate to book. So glad we did! They went above and beyond by even cleaning the garden bed edging, patio retaining wall blocks, around the air conditioner, and the city water meter cover (never knew it was blue!). Neighbours came out and saw the great job he was doing and four additional properties on our street booked him for work! 10/10 wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Outstanding! David was prompt, undercharged and over delivered! I contacted David to clean the exterior of my house to meet my HOA’s standard. Within 5 minutes of talking on the phone I had a quote for half of what I expected for the service to cost on a 2 floor home, and he was able to come the next day for the service. My house now looks good as new and he even washed my fences and patio furniture free of charge. High quality, prompt, and fair pricing for professional work is rare anymore. I will be calling David for any future professional washing needs period!

We inherited this pool company from the previous owner when we bought our house. We debated handling the pool ourselves but decided to keep them for a bit while we got settled — and we’re so glad we did! We ended up continuing service because they’ve been fantastic. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very reliable.
Today we had an issue, emailed a few pictures, and he was at our house within an hour and already had it fixed. That kind of responsiveness is hard to find. Awesome service — highly recommend!

This business felt like it was being run by a bunch of frat guys for booze money. No thanks, my sister and her husband (whom I am leaving this review for) went with someone else after we contacted this company.

These guys are fair and reasonable. When a few vinyl panels broke, they worked quickly to find a replacement panel at no extra cost.

I hired Green Solutions to clean the gutters on my house last year. I wasn’t able to be home on the day they were scheduled to come, but they said that wouldn’t be a problem.

After they supposedly did the job, I received an invoice. I was still able to see sticks and leaves sticking out of my gutters, so I called to let them know the gutters don’t appear to have been cleaned. “Oh yeah we didn’t come out. We can reschedule” was the response I got. So why did I receive an invoice? They rescheduled and this time I took off work to wait at home and make sure they came. No one showed up.

The third time I attempted to get them to clean my gutters, after taking off a second day of work, someone did show up, claiming “no one told me about the last appointment you had made.” The gutters were eventually cleaned, but if I hadn’t been vigilant about holding them accountable, I would have been scammed.

Update: I was contacted by Jon, the owner, regarding this review. I do really appreciate that he took the time to address my concerns, explain the mishap, and try to make things right.

Jon has done a good job cleaning my roof twice. He understands how to clean it properly without damaging or reducing the lifespan of the roof and provides reasonable pricing for the service.

We have done business with Jon and his company for the past 5 years and have always been very pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail. Great experience from start to finish. Very fair and transparent pricing, efficient scheduling, and stunning results - roof looks brand new, gutters cleaned, and also included roof inspection which highlighted some areas to address. Cannot recommend enough and I will be recommending to friends and neighbors in the area.

Had no idea how to clean streaks from a shingle roof, but Jon of Green Solutions solved the dilemma. Using environmentally safe products, the soft washing technique used removed all the algae build up and made our roof look new again. Responsive, professional service, I would use them again for other services which they offer.
