Everyone says 24hr emergency service but no one answers on wknds or late nite.. they need to change that to
" mon-Fri 9am-4pm.. no emergency "

I have been a costumer for mjk since 2018 and he is very profesional reliable always there when you need the service no excuses

Angry. Indignant. Unprofessional. Overpriced… by 50-100%… I have never had an experience like this with anyone else… tough to pay $550 for 10 minutes on-site for an emergency… which I explicitly asked NOT to have him come for… but hey you can always write a review, right? Buyer beware.

Second, I forgot to mention your extreme temper and inappropriate language.

Third, by the looks of it, Edan Clark definitely wasn’t lying.

Everyone should use Erica’s Plumbing instead…that’s 5 stars with nearly 60 reviews… with a team of people… not just an angry guy with a truck.

They came right away !! The owners are great!!

This company is the worst plumbing company I've ever seen. Very rude to the home owner and disrespectful with our property.

They showed up on time, offered quality products and were clean and organized. They were referred by a friend and now I will be happy to refer them to my friends.

Honest, friendly and reasonable pricing. Most importantly, they do great work and know their stuff. Have used many times and will continue to use again in the future!

Leos quote was half the price of the other 3 I got. He was super caring and explained everything to me. We will be calling him whenever we have an issue.

Called them for a plumbing issue, was not only able to get them to come the same day but they arrived exactly on time as promised. Hard working, did a great job and most importantly they cleaned up after themselves.

I am very disappointed with this company. We arranged a valuation. The men came and said that they would have the price in a few days. It's been a few weeks now and still no response. We left a few voice and text messages and no reply. I do not recommend. Waste of time

We had a leak that was a mystery until My Own Plumbing Co. performed their leak detection and found it. They had the right equipment and most importantly the right people. I would recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

Don't use this company!!!! Worker came on his phone trying to get his phone fixed instead of taking care of my plumbing issue. The owner was rude and sided with his worker instead of helping me. Not professional they stormed out and left the job. Owner hung up on me, they weren't even going to take out the broken pipe or fix the sink. The guy didn't come prepared with supplies. Don't Use this horrible, unprofessional company.

I had a tube liner installed. 1st step was a plumber coming out to check valve. My Own Plumbing sent out 2 wonderful men. I call them the pipe whispers. Well next thing I know I have water coming thru Kitchen ceiling.
I called after hours #. The crew was sent back. It had nothing to do with their work. The drain pipe was cracked. They got it fixed. They treated my house with respect. The holes they had to make we're clean cuts. Now my plumbing is sending dry Waller.
Every one here was such a pleasure.

Must say this company is great. They show up same day for services. I had an issue that they came out for that was very easily fixable. To my surprise, they did not charge me for the call.

Excellent experience ! They guys arrived on time and they were very professional and courteous . Leo the owner even came by to check in on his guys. The installed a new hot water heater in less then 2 hours they were very cautious about not banging my walls and made sure the old hot water heater was on a blanket when they were taking it out .They even swept up the work area before leaving. I couldn’t be more happy with them and will use them anytime I need a plumber. I’ve already referred them to my neighbor who will be calling to have her hot water heater replaced ! Thank you Leo and team :)

Everything was terrific with this plumbing company. Leo, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge. And his prices were competitive . He made absolutely sure the diagnosis from his team was accurate by coming himself to inspect everything. The work was significant—they had to pull up the front yard and lay new pipes (our house was built in 1952 and hence the pipes were irreparable) but the work was very efficiently and super tidy. Thank you to Leo and his team!

This was the first time I used this company and I could not be more pleased. I spoke to Lori yesterday and she texted me with a time for today. The service men were on time, put down a mat in the bathroom and explained what they were doing. They were polite and friendly. Not only did they unclog the tub but put in a new drain cap that they did not charge me for. The service was excellent and the cost was $100 less than the the closest competitor. I highly recommend them.

Our friend recommended My Own Plumbing to help us with some work in the house. We are so happy with the service. The owners and installers were fantastic!
