Called and talked to Brian, explained I’m from out of town and my mother just passed and needed some work done. He said he would stop by towards the end of the day yesterday between 4-5. Never showed up never called. Tried reaching out to him again at 6:30 cause maybe he was running late, never answered and didn’t call back. Texted him today to see what was going on, never replied. I’m sure he does great work by the reviews, maybe he doesn’t need this job. Was going to have him pressure wash the house, patio, driveway, and the gutters, it’s sad cause he is only a couple blocks away in Parkland and all it takes is a phone call. Our roof was cleaned to perfection, with zero damaging pressure from unnecessary devices. We had regular pressure cleaning on our roof in the past, and it damaged and cracked some decorative tiles up there. This process was completely harmless to the tiles and had even better results than we’ve ever seen! Both of the technicians were professional, thorough, polite, and knowledgeable about their jobs. I’m thrilled with our roof now!

BKB Cleaning Company is really the best there is - WOOOOW, WOOOOW, WOOOOW!!!! - I had a top-notch experience with this company. I rate this company 1000% and above all around. Fantastic experience using this company. Great job as the roof looks like new now. Comes with a warranty promise and should last a good while. Cleaned up after he was done so except for a clean roof you never now they were there.

Following the recommendations of two neighbors, I had BKB clean the roof and gutters of my house. Brian did a really good job and was particlarly careful in not damaging any of the landscaping around the house. I would strongly recommend BKB.
