Cut down my tree at a good price, convinced me that the County would pick up the big logs so I let them go because they gave me a price break now I’m stuck with logs that I can’t move in front of my house and Royal Tree refuses to pick them up (without charging me)

Royal Tree cut a tree down for me at a good price, convinced me that the County would pick up the large logs, County refused then Royal Tree refused saying they would have to charge me even though it was included in the price. Not very good customer service.

When it comes to tree trimming and tree cutting excellent they are great they know the business well BUT When it comes to clearing land and preparing for seed there is a lot to be desired I recommend a written contract!!😝I did not have a contract I lost. They hired a new man approximately one year ago he thinks he knows everything I call him a one man band they come and go and he will go when the company realizes he is hurting them grass does not grow in Florida December January and February I was told it would start to grow in 7 to 10 days it did not and now the one-man band denies telling me that like I said earlier if you’re going to hire him get a contract it is now costing me approximately $6000 more to get the job done right contract contract don’t make the mistake I did
