Zero stars here. We purchased all our appliances from FERGUSON for our new home. Our dishwasher broke the first time and was finally fixed after about two months of back and forth with ASG. I would have to beg for someone to come out and just continue waiting for parts to come as they ordered incorrect parts numerous times. About 3 months later it broke again. They finally sent someone to diagnose the problem and he proceeded to try and charge me a $150 diagnosis fee. It was under warranty and I had to refuse. Follow up from the company was a week later via email asking if the repair was complete. At that point I decided to move on a purchase another unit.
Please don't waste your time with this company.

I made an appointment for our Bosch dishwasher repair with a guy called Ray. I was told we would have to wait 10 days and would receive a phone call the day before with a time window. When we received no phone call, I then contacted the company to confirm. Ray, the same guy who I made the appointment with, told me he had no record of me requesting a service call! Beware of this company! Stay away.
