I had a wonderful experience with Florida Home 360 from the very start! Christian and Jacques were extremely professional, mannerable and helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and got me a great price on my impact windows and doors.

It’s refreshing to work with such respectful and efficient young men who genuinely care about helping their customers.

This company has a great installer Carlos Borges, and his project manager Jaime Chavez. They are both very detailed, organized and professional, was here early on time all the days requiredto complete the job. I highly recommend this company.

After my initial negative review because of a scheduling issue, to their credit , the company was genuinely concerned, apologetic and desirous of making things right. The Marketing Manager, Damaris called at least 5 times before I would agree to allow a supervising advisor to reschedule an appointment. She made a special trip down to my home to apologize in person. Dylan and she arrived in two separate cars so he could stay and make their presentation. He is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. No pressure applied, just facts and information. The end result, Florida Home 360 will be installing our new roof once the county issues the permits. I’ll review again when the installation is completed. No payment required until the job is completed. That’s almost unheard of here in Miami-Dade County.

From beginning to end Florida home 360s was Incredible.. Martin and Gabriel sent me photos through the whole process of the roof Installation. Martin was especially amazing coming back and answering any questions or concerns I may have. Resolved the solutions very quickly and very professionally. The whole crew was very respectful and did excellent workmanship!! Nikki was absolutely outstanding. She was my go to person from beginning to end, always super friendly on the phone and called me back ASAP. She really helped me through the process and was a joy to work with. I did my a decent amount of research getting multiple quotes for multiple different companies and I can say in my opinion Florida Home 360 was the most pleasant to deal with. From the initial interview view and sales pitch the man was courteous and knowledgeable and gave me information about the windows, the process as well as competitor pricing and wasn’t pushing hard to make the quick sell allowing me to do my full homework by getting multiple other quotes from other companies which most other would either come out too strong and try to push you to sign a contract or weren’t prepared to give you a professional quote. Once the contract was agreed on Florida Home 360 was quick to work making th process painless by handing all the paperwork with the city and HOA, also accommodating for my busy schedule. The instillation was quick, clean and professional. The installer Jose was knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions.

The job done was excellent. Jaime Chavez project manager was very attentive and communicated every step. Carlos Betancourt did a great job installing our windows and keeping my home clean. I highly recommend this Company. Great job guys!!!

After being introduced to Florida Home 360 at the home show, I contacted the company and Brandon visited my home to deliver a sales presentation. I then decided to move forward with replacing my roof. The entire process was seamless from that point onward. Antonio and Martin handled the permitting process efficiently, removed the old roof, and replaced the damaged tongue and groove boards, which had been compromised by termite damage. The necessary supplies were delivered, and the crew worked from 8 AM to 8 PM on the first day. Having no prior experience with roof replacement, I was pleased to find that my experience was more positive than the horror stories I had heard with some other companies. Egliz From the office kept me informed with the day to day progress.
I highly recommend Florida Home 360 to anyone requiring roof repair or replacement services.
