Willy was on time, efficient and prompt in providing the report. This is the 2nd time I’ve used him in 3 years and am glad I did!

I called William and he was available right away which was very convenient. He completed a 4 point inspection and was extremely professional throughout. His manners were excellent he even took off his shoes before entering out of respect for our home even though we told him it was not necessary. He is a super nice guy very courteous and professional. On top of that he sent the inspection report super fast. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of an inspection.

I had the worst experience with unskilled flooring installers for tile in my entire life! Tiles are uneven crooked the ground has holes in pockets! The third party installer refuse to finish the job within a timely fashion. They put other customers ahead of me before finishing my job! I was supposed to get a $396 refund for the installation and never received it! I was sidetracked and lied to! I have been working with Home Depot my entire adult life! I'm very disappointed and Ted Decker, CEO and his leadership team, and other executive employees who did not help me in one bit! I started this project August 2025 went to five different Home depots to do my bathrooms which is an essential necessity not a luxury! I do believe that I deserve more than a 396 refund that I never received for all of the disheartening and mental anguish this put me through!

They called the morning of and arrived right on time as scheduled. They removed the old flooring and disposed of it before installing the new. Every cut of the flooring was perfect. It was a pleasure to watch them work. There was no waste at all. I should mention they moved all the furniture to and fro and cleaned up all waste before they leaving. They were gentlemen. I am more than satisfied. I am astounded. I never expected a fepartment store installer to be so superior than what I could hire on my own. Thank you.

Always have what I need

I arrived at this store at 7:50am. I need to replace my kitchen cabinets and wanted someone to come out and take measurements. I was told that someone would be in at 8am to help me. At 8:25 I was told that the person that works in that Dept. Would not be in until tomorrow. Good job H.D.

We have an issue with the delivered that was fixed by the store personal, the manager was personally involved.

Home Depot initially got the measurements of the room for installing carpet incorrectly. When I discovered the error they were nearing the time of installation. I was not living at the location. Calling the store where the carpet had been ordered, on Pines boulevard in Hollywood Florida, was a nightmare. I tried to connect with the flooring department for nearly 4 days, and each time I got through at all, which was rare, I was disconnected. I finally got through by calling sources outside the store. They were only a day away from carpeting a bathroom and a closet incorrectly. Home Depot, however, was quite good at refunding the incorrect charge. According to my realtor the installation was satisfactory.
