Our home boasts white terrazzo flooring, a timeless choice that exudes elegance. However, maintaining its pristine appearance requires periodic refinishing. Remarkably, the last comprehensive refinishing occurred nearly two decades ago, while partial refinishing took place in 2016.

In our quest for the best solution, we diligently sought quotes from several companies. High Gloss Restoration stood out, offering not only the most competitive quote but also an efficient timeline for project completion. Their commitment to excellence was evident from the outset.

Enter Santiago, High Gloss Restoration’s specialist. Punctuality defined his approach—on each scheduled workday, he arrived promptly. Our project was no mere one-day task; Santiago meticulously sanded, ground down imperfections, and polished our floors until they gleamed like fresh ice. His expertise shone through, even when faced with challenges such as our snug hall closet, which couldn’t accommodate the company’s large machine. Santiago adapted seamlessly, ensuring a flawless finish.

What truly impressed us was Santiago’s professionalism and self-sufficiency. He worked diligently, requiring no oversight from us. His depth of knowledge and skill set him apart, making him an invaluable asset to High Gloss Restoration.

In summary, our experience with High Gloss Restoration exceeded expectations. Their exceptional service transformed our home, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier floor refinishing. Trust High Gloss Restoration—they deliver results that truly shine!
