I ordered a "move out" cleaning for a rental after the tenant moved out. I was billed $449 for a house that is 2400 sqft. I was told on 5/21/2024 that a crew would be going on 5/22/2024 to do the cleaning. When my agent went with the new tenant for a walkthrough on 06/01/2024, they found the place to be dirty and unacceptable for a move in.

In particular, there was trash all over the house including papers, crayons, bottle caps, pennies, half-used soaps in the bathrooms and other sundry list of litter.

When I called to complain, the answer was "it was not reported within 24 hours" and my complaint cannot be honored. Unfortunately, I don't live in that house, the rental was vacant, and my agent discovered over the following weekend the service was never performed when he went there with the new tenant.

The new tenant refused to move in given the condition of the house and postponed the move in date to June 08, 2024. As a result I lost over thousand dollars in rent.

If you use them, look over their shoulder to make sure they are cleaning. If you cannot be present, ask them to take photos before and after and send them to you.

I have learned the hard way that my best bet any day is to use a phone app and schedule a service. The going price for a move-out cleaning of a similar house is LESS THAN half of what Molly Maid has charged, without even doing any work.

I’m so grateful for Molly Maid. Their times were very flexible and they showed up early to complete the job. The workers were very friendly, professional and detailed. It really seemed like they cared about their jobs. I would absolutely recommend them and will certainly reach out the next time I sell a home.

Could not adk for better sevice! Bathrooms & kitchen sorely needed deep cleaning. The maids arrived on time, followed my instructions, and did a spectacular job. My house has not been this clean on ages. I will be hiring them again for routine cleaning without hesitation!

I have using Molly Maid for over 3 years or more. I am happy with the service. From making reservations the office staff is always very pleasant, friendly yet very professional. The ladies are always humble and easy to work with. My Spanish is very limited but we communicate very well. What I like most of all is that they ask me to indict the house before they leave to be sure I am happy with the results. When I have a new vining crew the supervisor also double checks to be sure the job is well done. I recommend Molly Maid.

We were with this company for about a year.
We found that the ladies were nice but the work was extremely subpar. They constantly missed counters and did not bother to move things to clean around them. If you don’t want to move a sofa then I understand but like a cup? I just felt their services are at a very low bar. While we did not approach management at first. With feedback we gave the cleaners multiple chances to improve their work but they never did.

We eventually did reach out to management. The management is responsive and will react properly by offering to have a top tier cleaner come on the next service but the cleaners themselves do not try and do not care. After that one cleaning, it went back to the low standard.

It wasn’t until they completely forgot to clean the kitchen counter where we had had enough.

Was happy at first with their employee Gabriela. Then she quit or idk what happened to her. But everyone else after her has been really bad. There is more to it but, I wouldn’t recommend them. Their customer service is nice and good but their actual cleaning work no. That’s my experience.

Unimpressed with the service I received, especially for the price I paid. Many of the line items listed in the service proposal were simply ignored in practice. None of the ceiling fans/blinds/air vents dusted, no mirrors cleaned, the showers were not scrubbed, there were smudges on the table/walls around the house, there were floors were obviously not cleaned as advertised, and the list goes on. Perhaps most egregious was the fact that I requested that no bleach be used, as my wife is pregnant. Yet the cleaners marched into our house holding gallons of Clorox. We had to give them our own cleaner to use. Even so, when we walked into the house for the first time after the cleaning, the place still reeked of bleach and harsh chemicals. While Molly Maid did reimburse me $25 for the errors, I don’t think that amount makes up for the poor job. Very disappointed.

I have consistently utilized this cleaning services company for all my cleaning requirements. Their professionalism is evident in their work, and their pricing is reasonably competitive. They are always available to meet their customers’ needs and prioritize customer satisfaction.
