I think they subcontract horrible technicians. They came home with a different name on the truck, charged me $450 for refrigerant that didn’t solve the cooling issue with my AC and when I reached out again so they could fix the issue, they were unresponsive. I do not recommend this company.

I had this company come to my house on July 19th to fix my AC. I paid $350, but the AC only worked for one day. I travel for work, so when I came back on Friday, I called them, and they sent someone else the next day. They wanted to charge me another $450. I told them I needed an invoice for the service already done and wanted to wait to see if it was actually going to work. It didn’t.

Now they won’t fix the issue and won’t refund my money. They’re saying I refused to pay for the second service — but why would I pay more to a company that already failed to fix it the first time? I feel scammed.
