This company was very responsive, punctual and did a great job. They were also reasonably priced. Frank was amazing!!!

Paul serviced my A/C unit and was very thorough and knowledgeable about the work he was doing (including my thermostat issues). I also appreciate that he was on time, communicative and friendly👍🏼

Armando, the technician who came to clean and sanitize our ventilation system, was absolutely first-class. He explained everything thoroughly—what to expect, how long it would take, and answered all our questions with professionalism and confidence. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and the end result was outstanding: our entire ventilation system was thoroughly cleaned, and we’re extremely happy with the outcome.

To be clear, the five stars are solely for Armando. He is not to blame for the scheduling or communication issues — and we’re grateful he showed up and did such a great job.

That said, the company’s coordination and customer service were unacceptable. Our appointment was for 8:00 AM. At 8:15, there was no update. I texted. At 8:30, I was told “he’s on the way.” At 9:00 — a full hour late — I got a call saying he had been stuck in traffic for two hours. He arrived around 9:45.

I want to emphasize that I’m an extremely patient person. Had someone simply contacted me to let me know the technician was delayed — even by two hours — it would not have been a problem. But the complete lack of communication until I reached out multiple times was frustrating and unprofessional.

Also, we were never informed how much dust this process would stir up. This was our first time having the vents cleaned, and dust is now all over the apartment. Thankfully, I covered most furniture and clothing in advance — but that warning should’ve come from the company.

In summary:
•   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Armando – excellent technician, professional, knowledgeable

•   The company’s scheduling and customer service deserve ⭐

•   I’m very patient — communication was the real issue, not the delay

•   Customers should be warned about the amount of dust created during cleaning

Would I recommend them? Yes—for the technician’s work. But only if you’re prepared for poor communication and a complete lack of proactive updates.

Update: Right after the technician left, we saw the apartment was covered in dust. It’s taken an entire day with our cleaning lady to get it back to normal. There has to be a cleaner way to do this—thankfully we had coverings on many possessions, or it would’ve been much worse.

Colt came by with same day service. It was raining and he brought a big towel to dry the machines wheels before rolling it through the house. Which my wife really appreciated.

Colt explained to me exactly what he found and showed me how I’d be able to get rid of the stuff that gets stuck on the cage without needing to call them each time to do a full duct cleaning.

Top service and I’d highly recommend.

Paul came through early on a Saturday morning like a hurricane (that was my UM/UF pun - Go Canes!). He fixed my A/C in no time and had my vents blowing nearly 50 degrees F. Concurrently, he shared a lot of knowledge and even within our debrief. I’m thankful I put my trust in Duck Duct Air and I am thankful for Paul and his mastery and professionalism.

Armando came for Air Duct Cleaning. He explained everything with details before he started work. He is knowledgeable and professional and help me with finding the best solution for me. He also provided me with advices how to maintain the AC in good condition. I would recommend him to my friends definitely.

Paul also came to my house for A/C cleaning. Although we decided to implement UV light on that day, Paul kindly went to two supply shops to get it done on the same day. He also gave me advices how to maintain the AC in good condition, too.

Very professional, punctual, communicative, thorough! Explained the issues and came up with a solution in light speed. My system wasn't blowing cold, they found the leak and replaced the faulty equipment. Paul and Frank are fantastic!

Used them for dryer vent cleaning. Tech Frank came onto and was very helpful. We ended up needing the tech to come back and Veronica was super helpful for rescheduling him. Would highly recommend and will do business with them again in the future.

We’ve used them to clean our air ducts in the past. We recently had an emergency with our A/C unit and I called Simon and he got someone out within 40 mins!! Paul the tech came to take a look and quoted us a reasonable price for a whole new A/C unit and within 24 hours we had a brand new A/C installed the next day in the morning. They truly understand what excellent customer service is and thanks to Duck Duct Air we have a beautiful new unit with even better cold air in this South Florida heat!! I HIGHLY recommend the company and the people who operate it.

Had the air ducts cleaned and then upon handler inspection the blower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time (I’m surprised it even still worked). While it costed a bit more Frank had it looking like new and the apartment cooled down much faster than it had before.

This is the most honest company I have met in Florida. Everything that was said on the pre-appointment was done to perfection. The customer service is awesome and the workman was like something from a fairytale. He was buzzing back and forth like Tinker Bell. This is was I call true customer service.
