Paul serviced my A/C unit and was very thorough and knowledgeable about the work he was doing (including my thermostat issues). I also appreciate that he was on time, communicative and friendly👍🏼

Armando, the technician who came to clean and sanitize our ventilation system, was absolutely first-class. He explained everything thoroughly—what to expect, how long it would take, and answered all our questions with professionalism and confidence. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and the end result was outstanding: our entire ventilation system was thoroughly cleaned, and we’re extremely happy with the outcome.

To be clear, the five stars are solely for Armando. He is not to blame for the scheduling or communication issues — and we’re grateful he showed up and did such a great job.

That said, the company’s coordination and customer service were unacceptable. Our appointment was for 8:00 AM. At 8:15, there was no update. I texted. At 8:30, I was told “he’s on the way.” At 9:00 — a full hour late — I got a call saying he had been stuck in traffic for two hours. He arrived around 9:45.

I want to emphasize that I’m an extremely patient person. Had someone simply contacted me to let me know the technician was delayed — even by two hours — it would not have been a problem. But the complete lack of communication until I reached out multiple times was frustrating and unprofessional.

Also, we were never informed how much dust this process would stir up. This was our first time having the vents cleaned, and dust is now all over the apartment. Thankfully, I covered most furniture and clothing in advance — but that warning should’ve come from the company.

In summary:
•   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Armando – excellent technician, professional, knowledgeable

•   The company’s scheduling and customer service deserve ⭐

•   I’m very patient — communication was the real issue, not the delay

•   Customers should be warned about the amount of dust created during cleaning

Would I recommend them? Yes—for the technician’s work. But only if you’re prepared for poor communication and a complete lack of proactive updates.

Update: Right after the technician left, we saw the apartment was covered in dust. It’s taken an entire day with our cleaning lady to get it back to normal. There has to be a cleaner way to do this—thankfully we had coverings on many possessions, or it would’ve been much worse.
