Great experience with Five Star Landscaping. They listened to what I was looking for and we came up with a design/plan very quickly. The project turned out better than envisioned. Their pricing was fair, they were very easy to work with, always available and were motivated to get the project completed timely. Good company. Would absolutely use again.

I don’t leave reviews, however, I highly recommend Five Star Landscaping. Andres, was in constant communication with us from start to finish. He and his employees are knowledgeable on an array of landscaping styles, professional, and gave us exactly what we wanted. After project completion, we have received several compliments and made a referral to the company. This is my first property in South Florida and I will continue to use Five Star Landscaping in the future.

Andres and his team did an amazing job on my home landscaping renovation project from start to finish. I received a quick estimate and they were ready to start the project within a few days. I had an idea on what I was looking for any they helped me finalize the design and it came out great! They were communicative throughout every step of the process and I would reccomend Five Star to anybody looking for a reliable contractor for their project.

Andres and his team installed a large area of turf to finish our backyard around our new pool, they did an excellent job. Our pool construction was delayed and they were very accommodating with the schedule. The crew worked hard all day long into the evenings to wrap up the job efficiently. Excellent customer service and communication throughout the process, we are very happy with the end result!

Highly recommend Andres and his team. Andres helped us design our dream landscaping. He responded quickly to all of our questions and completed the job on time. Affordable, professional, and high quality service. Most importantly they want to make sure everything looks good and that you are happy. His team recommended a few modifications during the project that completely blew my mind and surpassed all my expectations. I will definitely use them for any future projects.

Andres and his team did a great job in our backyard. I couldn't choose a better company. Andres listened all your expectation and made it happen. I was working out of state and he was very responsive answering my calls and emails. It has been almost 2 years since they worked in my home and the job is still like the first day. Andres and his crew were absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment I left a message, he returned my call promptly. Came to my home within a day to give me an estimate. We wanted to re-sod our backyard during the pandemic Yes, and could find anyone to come out and give us at least an estimate. Finally we were able to get 3 companies out, Five Star Landscaping was not the cheapest of the 3 but the professionalism, the detail in which the owner Andres presented the project was exceptional. Step by step guide, along with good value prices is why we chose to hire them. We were scheduled 3 weeks out and to our surprise within the first week we had a crew out ready to begin the transformation of our backyard. The workmanship and craft exceeded all our expectations. I would highly recommend Andres and his entire staff very personable, professional and responsible!

Andres, the owner, designed and installed a new center island landscape with lighting, installed new palms and plantings in our backyard, and overhauled our landscape lighting system. Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job trimming our palms, bougainvillea, and hedges. Clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend.

Andres originally offered the second-best price, which I asked him to match the best offer because of his stronger reviews. However, if negotiation leads to disrespect toward the customer, it’s better not to take the job.

The main problem was his attitude. Instructions were misunderstood, he blamed me for his own errors, and even accused me of tricking his foreman. His team broke a pipe and damaged the sprinkler system, yet he refused to fix it or offer a discount, instead blaming and insulting me.

I still paid in full, but by the time he offered a free fix, it was too late. Overall, he was unkind, unprofessional, and disappointing given the positive reviews I relied on.

From the very 1st phone call Andres was professional and super courteous. He was always on time, responsive and helpful in the design process. Once his guys got on site, I experienced more of the same great service.

I contacted 4 other companies at same time, but none of them came close to Andres level of service and response

I highly recommend Five Star Landscaping for any landscaping work. Andres was amazing to work with. He and his crew were on time and they stayed as long as possible to get the job done quickly but most importantly, with great detail. Andres did an incredible job recommending changes to our existing ideas in designing the landscape and made sure the crew executed everything perfectly so that the design was just as we'd agreed upon. His communication was impeccable. The crew even made sure all of my sprinklers were properly covering all of the new sod, landscaping and made sure they were working after they completed the new sod installation and landscaping. The crew was very efficient and they worked very hard. The old grass and roots were extremely difficult to remove, but they did a great job getting it out and I never heard a single complaint nor any negative comments. They were all professional and very friendly. Andres went above and beyond in every way possible to ensure a quality job and to ensure my satisfaction, even coordinating with my sprinkler contractor. The entire job was handled with the utmost professionalism and everything was completed with the highest possible quality. We love our landscaping and have had neighbors stop by to comment on it already. We couldn't be any happier and I don't think anyone else could have done a better, more thorough job. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my landscaping needs. They aren’t called Five Star for nothing, they earned every star with the work they did at my home. Thank you Five Star Landscaping!

Couple of months ago we contracted Andres @ five star landscaping, for a drainage and installation of new sod in our yard. this was not a cheap job, but our front yard grass were brown cause the water was not drain properly. This was a two days job, Andres team were very professional and for sure did it a good job. The only thing we noticed the lfive star / Andres do not communicate with us during or after the completion of the job. Just to see if we were okay with the work or if we were satisfied or any instruction to care for the new installed sod/grass. A day after the installation we try to contact him for a small issue and it took several phone calls from Bob to reach him. After responding and he send someone one to take care the issue. I will said the 98 % of the grass the his team installed and I been care for it is doing very well, but few weeks ago Bob called Andres again to report few dead / brown spot on grass , I did send a video of the brown spot to Andres wish he never answered or acknowledge . At that time We decided to contracted five star a again , but this time for lawn maintenance his guys came did a good job , the guy the provided the service saw the brown spot and he said the he will talk to Andres about it , he mention that brown sod could a be a a pieces of bad sad, we also ask for other service like fertilize and to pesticide on the grass and some tree. that was a week ago we have not heard or get any acknowledgment front Andre about the service with ask and to replace the bad grass . Bob had try to called few time but unsuccessful , Andres @ five start and his team do a professional / do a good job, but he falling short in following up, acknowledging and communicating with us . Andres came out on Tuesday this week, listened to what we wanted to do with the front of our house and on Thursday his team made it a reality 🤩 We are so impressed with Five Star Landscaping that we will 100% have them back for future projects. Thank you!!!

I’m usually skeptical of business with all 5 stars but out of desperation of needing of needing this project urgently, I called a few landscaping companies, Five Star Landscaping being one of them and I’m so happy I did, I didn’t go with the first company out of desperation. I spoke with Andres and he was professional and knowledgeable! For the particular project of removing sod and putting gravel to a large portion of my yard, two other companies gave me quotes that did not align with my budget and had no availability during the timeframe of when I wanted this done! Andres not only had a team at my house the very next day, but his quote was reasonable. His team led by Mariel was there the next more and accommodated all my other last minute changes to the project to include some additional work! The project turned out bigger than expected, and another team led by Sergio showed up promptly the following morning to finish up! I am very pleased and appreciate the team’s hard work and especially given the weather for those days was sweltering!!!
