Will was fantastic! He was polite friendly and knew how to repair my wooden carving without leaving repair marks. Yes I would have him work for me again.

The office staff are courteous and responsive, which is very rare in Miami. The actual handymen are also courteous, arrive on time, and will start work early in the day, which is truly amazing for the Miami area! The handymen also clean up after themselves! Yay! My only suggestion is that if you want anything painted, you are very clear about what needs to be painted. I assumed when I said I wanted the kitchen painted, that everything in the kitchen would be painted, but apparently the door of the pantry which is in the kitchen was not included, which I found very odd. Also, I had a hallway, including the doorways painted, but only half the doorways are painted, the ones facing into the hallway, so now I have to paint the other sides of the doorways, facing into the bedrooms, and the pantry door which is in the kitchen, myself. To me, for the price I was paying, if I ask that the doorway be painted, I mean the entire doorway, not just one half the doorway, but that’s just me, I guess. So be very SPECIFIC and put it in the estimate beforehand.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Setting up the appointment was so easy and the communication was smooth. They send you a picture of your technician and let you know he’s on his way. Our technician showed up right on time, was cheerful, polite, and well prepared. He did a great job and left no mess. A refreshingly good experience!

I recently called Mr. Handyman for a detailed stucco job and new interior molding for my side entrance door to my garage. Will showed up 15 minutes before and did an incredible job within the hour! I only wish I had called them sooner. Mr. Handyman actually was cleaning up a job from a non-professional entity that I was attracted to hire. Please hire Mr Handyman- they will do the job once and they will do it right. And at a fair market price. I feel so proud of my home now because of the high quality craftsmanship Will applied to my house. It is really something to see someone work with the intention of doing something to the last detail.
I hope to work with Will and Mr. Handyman again- keep those great quotes coming so we can keep working together. Thank you.

Excellent service! Very professional and did a great job on installing a siding on the second floor that fell due to strong winds. They arrived as promised, worked independently and without issues.Very friendly and above all, performed a great job. Hopefully, it won't fall off again.

I cannot recommend the Miami Mr. Handyman franchise more highly. I am an architect so I know the difference between adequate work and exemplary work, and this was outstanding. The office staff kept us informed of scheduling, costs, anticipated scope of work, etc. They responded to any communications quickly. The technician Robert, went beyond expectations repairing water & termite damage to wood doors & frames. The finished product literally looked brand new. I will use the Miami Mr. Handyman in the future, and feel fortunate I came upon them.

Had kitchen faucet replaced Professional work , on time and job done right!

Mr. Handyman was incredibly fast to send me an invoice that indicated they could charge me as much as $214.00 instead of $98.00, but when I asked for written confirmation that this was going to be a "consultation" only, and that I wouldn't be charged up to $214.00, I never received the promised written confirmation. I think I caught them in the act of a bait and switch.

This is the second time we’ve used Mr. Handyman and this is the second time I have been more than impressed. It is extremely refreshing to have a company that lives up to its commitments, respond in a timely manner, shows up on time, with professional friendly employees who get the job done correctly, the first time.

The two individuals that were sent out today were beyond our expectations. Thank you so much. We are going to continue to use you and recommend you to everyone in our building whenever they have a need for repairs that your company can handle in its scope.

I highly recommend Mr. Handyman. I used their services for kitchen cabinet repairs, and they were courteous, responsive, and prompt—both when taking measurements and delivering the finished work. The quality of the final product was excellent, and I will definitely use them again in the future

Customer service is good but service recovery, not so much.

Mr. Handyman’s team dismounted my drop in stove and ended up scratching my floor.

I left a review about this, the owner called and he honestly seemed very empathetic to the situation. He promised they would fix it, asked me to take down my review (which I prematurely did) and here were are almost 2 months later, and my floor still hasn’t been fixed.

They set an appointment, but nobody ever showed up. At this point, I’m calling it a loss and leaving this review up.

This team knows how to do customer service, but their work isn’t as professional as it may seem. The $1,000+ I paid for this 20 minute job feels like a rip off.

p.s. The way they left the electrical of the stove was also hazardous. Poor quality of work.

I had an incredible experience with Mr. Handyman serving Miami. We have several items that needed attention. From painting to installing floating Shelves. Mr. Handyman and especially my on-site technician Carlos did an outstanding Job! Very please with them and will use them again!

Ez was super patient and thorough in his inspection. He took the time to explain various options and was detailed in his description of our problem. Would 100% work with him again.

I paid $900 to have a door hung which was extremely expensive. They came back out to make come corrections on the door frame but still it wasn't worth the price. There are alternatives.

Mr.Handyman came to the rescue. I needed assistance with my Kitchen Sink, and they were quick to respond and actually serviced my sink the next day. The two technicians, EZ and Jason were extremely friendly and got the job done efficiently. Highly recommend for any services in the Miami area.

I called Mr. Handyman because I needed a custom size threshold for my entry door. Since my first contact with the company everything has flowed quickly and efficiently, punctuality and service have been excellent, the result as expected.
