Landscaping reviews in Pinecrest, Florida

Goo selection of plants in season. Hard to find help sometimes

Love this store!! Great inventory and large Garden department. Good Customer service. Thank you Yalinde for your help!!

I didn't have a cart for a massive 4-pack of chlorine and the guys in the garden section couldn't have been more helpful and polite.

Very knowledgeable professional staff. Provided good consultative suggestion and showed up on time the day of the job. Finish on time and left my home job site clean and tidy. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Nature's Dream always does a great job with our balcony plants. Always makes good recommendations on what to plant, takes great care of the plants, and is very responsive to our requests. I highly recommend Nature's Dream.

Ray, the owner, is honest and straight-forward. I’ve been looking for a company to take over the care and maintenance of the garden at my home. Ray knows his stuff and you can expect consistency and reliability. The garden is beginning to get back to it’s original splendor.

I work as a General contractor and for all my work, I need to use a landscaping company. For the past 10 years, I have been using or recommending Nature's Dream Landscape as my preferred company for all landscape design, construction and maintenance. So far all my clients have been very satisfied with the friendly and personalized service of its owners and employees.
I personally highly recommend them.

We hired Nature’s Dream Landscape to trim our large oak & mahogany trees. Their entire team was professional, timely, hardworking, & friendly too! We will definitely utilize them again in the future & highly recommend them if you are in need of a great tree trimming service.

Nature’s Dream Landscape did an excellent job of designing and executing the complete landscaping plan for our new home, including driveway pavers designs, irrigation and exterior lighting. Victoria and Ray were very knowledgeable and professional, were a pleasure to work with, their team completed the work on time and they made sure we were happy with the results throughout the process. I highly recommend Nature’s Dream Landscape to anyone looking to hire a landscaping company in the near future.

Working with both Victoria and Ray was truly a dream! Victoria took her time to get to know us and what we wanted to see in our landscaping before creating her design. She was patient and very clear when setting up the expectations of the project and worked with what would be practical and fit in the budget. Not to mention the design was beautiful! Her professional eye reimagined parts of our yard that we haven’t taken advantage of or enjoyed in a while. When the work started Ray and his team were professional, they cared for our space, and every day it evolved into a true escape. When we had a concern about placement of plants, he reassured us and took care of it almost right away! We also loved the techy aspect of our landscaping that Ray hooked us up with, we can control the lights and watering from our phones through apps. We highly recommend choosing Nature’s Dream Landscape!!

This company should be called Nature's Nightmare. I am a Pinecrest resident and was hoping I could count on a neighborhood business to do a good job for a fairly simple landscaping project. What a mistake. I ended up wasting $1,300 and days of my time, and suffered a 5 week delay on the timeline of my project.

I will keep this brief, but Nature's Dream failed to provide what was promised in their own contract. Only after I fired them did they then provide the information (a week after acknowledging our business relationship had ended), and then they had the gall to bill me for it...they couldn't provide a simple cost estimate 5 weeks after I initially signed up with them, when I was promised full plans within 1-2 weeks of our initial meeting.

All this time, meanwhile, they tried to up-sell me on tree service at 2-3x the cost of similar companies in the area, and to expand the scope of my project way beyond what was intended. These were obvious red flags, yet despite these issues I persisted and continued to give them a chance for 5 weeks, waiting for a contractually promised cost estimate that never arrived until the week AFTER I fired them.

I will put my name and reputation, as well as my experience with the dozens of contractors I have had work at my house on far larger projects over the past several years with ZERO issues or disputes (see my other 5-star reviews of various contractors), against this highly unethical company. Nature's Dream should be completely ashamed of their business practices.

Way to go, Nature's Dream...you may have stolen $1,300 from me, but you lost tens of thousands of dollars of future business from a neighbor in the process.

Nature's Dream did an excellent job within my budget. I want to re-landscape most of my yard. They sent a designer out to my house and we walked thru the yard and discussed all the options. Greicyn, my designer, came back with a drawing/plan and showed me options for different plants, trees, flowers, mulch etc. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. They came the scheduled day and the work diligently until they completed the job. I was very happy and will use them in the future.

Victoria and Ray did an amazing job from beginning to end. First Victoria was extremely careful and diligent about creating the perfect plan for our front and back yard. She at least visited us 3 times before she showed us her master piece :) Not only did they stick to the plan, they also have all the right connections to complete the job and they are always on top of things. Even when we had several setbacks in the process, Victoria was patient and helped us fix everything. At the end of the renovation, we couldn't be happier with the results. Victoria really cares about her clients and definitely will go a step further than anyone else in the industry. We very much encourage you to use Nature's Dream Landscape services for all your landscaping.

Very good experience with Victoria and Ray. They made an amazing job in our small garden. Victoria is always very reactive and has lots of ideas. We are very pleased with the whole process, from the design to the actual landscaping work! Ray's team was really fast, friendly and super Professional.
