Workers in apartment complex not considerate of people living there. They were mainly goofing off and not taking their job seriously. Had better services with other companies.

United Land Services company is truly amazing the landscaping work they have provided thus far to my business property is on point. Very easy to communicate with the managers that show up with the crew, I called their office to get some extra services done and the office management are very pleasant and attentive to whatever issues we are calling about. Good people, Good Pricing, Amazing Work 👏👏👏👏

Horrible customer service. We just moved to the area and paid $50 for a door install consultation on Apr 6. No one called to confirm an appt time all week and after trading many calls, they were supposed to come out this morning, on Apr 14. No call, no show. Also, the soonest they could do a fence consultation was May 2. We cancelled our window consultation for May 23. They obviously do not value their customers. Lots of other competition out there, Home Depot! We will not be buying anything from them in the future.

We've had several experiences with the store's choices in contractor s. My elderly mother only choose the Home Depot because it's close by. The recent projects she has decided to have the store do were to install a new glass closet door. The store rep. measured the door, the door was to be ordered and installed all within a two and a half weeks time frame. We waited and waited. Found out the measurements were lost. REALLY! They came back out to measure. Then the door that was installed had a different color frame than we ordered and didn't match. My Mom settled with the mismatched door, just to have it installed. The sales manager took $179.00 off, which was a good customer service move. However, how about getting the job done right the first time! From start to finish it took 2 months! NOT good or responsible!
The second project was to take out the tub and install a new shower with all involved with that. The day came to have the work done and the contractor was going to do things differently and cut cost. NOOO, my mom paid $9,000 to have the work done correctly! I DID NOT allow the work to be done and called the store's sales manager and he rescheduled the remodel for after the towel rack we ordered in addition to the original. It's been three weeks and we're hoping that the work will get done soon and done correctly. If it looks like that new contractor tries to screw us over like the first one tried to do the work will get stoped and we will ask for a refund! A little end note: have you ever heard of a finance company charging interest before the work is ever done? This is what The home depot financial services does!

Jeremy in the paint department was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond, not only helping us get the paint we needed, but when I asked about another item, he took the initiative to go find out while we were waiting. That kind of dedication and customer care is rare these days. Excellent service. thank you, Jeremy!
