We had Truclean work on two area rugs. One had some pretty bad stains and had 5 years since it was last cleaned. The rugs came back cleaner than we have ever seen them. The team did special things to work on the stains. They were friendly, professional, courteous and on time. That rarely happens any more. Next time we will use Truclean for sure.

TruClean was very helpful and knowledgeable about there service. Explained everything to us and did an excellent job on our upholstered chairs and dining room chairs. We actually wanted a large area rug cleaned and they were honest and told us that it was not worth cleaning as it was too far gone. Definitely would use their services again.

Very impressive and professional team. They have done our family's personal homes over the past several years, and our commercial property this past year. They are "VERY UNIQUE" and qualified to handle small to even the largest commercial properties in the bay area. We have referred them in the past to our new homeowners and new commercial establishments and to this day I have never heard anything negative from anyone; and that makes me fell good knowing that my referral isn't gonna reflect poorly on me. Take a picture of your rugs before you let this company take your rugs. They ruined a $2000 rug and claimed they noticed it was damaged before they cleaned it. For the record the rug was not damaged prior to them picking it up. Also what company would say they inspected a rug prior to cleaning, claim the rug was damaged, not document or decline to clean it and return it rolled up with no mention of the damage. The two other rugs they cleaned were fine but beware they will not take responsibility if they damage your rug as we experienced.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. After a hurricane damaged my home, they not only salvaged and restored my rug beautifully, but also held onto it for several months while I dealt with the chaos of recovery. I hadn’t even arranged for delivery yet—but they went above and beyond by making sure it got safely to my new place without me lifting a finger. Highly recommend.

Absolutely 5 stars! If you own a carpet you need to have this team on speed dial!!!! I have two hand woven rugs from my military days, never cleaned, endured a growing family, moves, and all the trappings that go with that. These rugs become a part of the family and truclean knows that and spends the time on hands and knees if needed and extra days just to get it right. Front office Theresa is also very customer focused and wonderful to work with. I'm thoroughly impressed and will refer them to anyone I know for this service

Ive been having problems with my outboard motor absolute tank came by analyze my fuel and said I had bad fuel which I totally agree with did a great job in also sealed my new sending unit I highly recommend this company no BS they get to the job and do it very knowledgeable

Came to my house to clean out the fuel tank on my boat while on the lift. Fuel was contaminated with water so I could not move the boat. Service techs were professional and knowledgeable. Pricing seemed reasonable.

Used them over 12 years and was very happy with them. Prices for their services were very fair and clear. This past Sept I was charged a 1Hr trip charge for 2 Tech's @ $145.00 a piece Total $ 290.00 for a 1 man job. This was never disclosed to me until I received my invoice. I also paid paid for 2 tech's for the work in which I had no other choice but agreed to that. Very disappointed in the scam the owner is running. You get a bogus discount at the end which clearly shows terrible billing practices and customer service. Let's not forget about the Pay Bill Email your going to receive Pay Now or else. I wanted to pay my bill the day of service but the technicians left with out speaking and there is probably a good reason why! Wish there was a zero on the rating. Runnnnn!!!

The whole experience was top notch. The ATC crew were super friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the quick email response (in the evening) and the expediency to fix my issue (by 2pm the following day). We were able start our trip without delay! WOW!!
