Sometimes with companies, you like the owner and then they send someone else out that you don't like and feel uncomfortable with, but not here, the techs are just as friendly and take real pride in what they do , they are quick to explain and answer any questions. I used to have true green do my yard .My nephew asked if I would give his company a try Natural Green lawn spraying .I could not say enough about his company not just because he is my nephew but I constantly get compliments from my neighbors which I love to hear .I have one of the healthiest green lush grasses in my neighborhood .I think if you have a company that consistently cares about your lawn you need to stick to them.

This company is super easy to work with and does a great job. They have great communication and always show up when they say they will. Highly recommend then for your lawn care needs.

I wish I could review their actual service as opposed to just the customer service. I reached out two different ways attempting to schedule an appointment- first a phone call and then via email. No one answered the phone during normal business hours. I sent an email to request both a lawn and a shrub analysis and have not received any kind of response or callback. It’s a shame, because I prefer to go the natural route with my lawn care and would have loved to give these guys a try.

Finally someone who cares about our pets and environment! They exceeded our expectations by not only keeping our lawn beautiful but always doing it with organic, home made ingredients. In addition, excellent communication, billing system, and customer service. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very Knowledgeable owner and fair pricing . I have chosen Natural Green Lawn Spraying because I have small children, pets and we do care about the environment. NGLS has ORGANIC fertilization and pest control solution. I just started but I hope my lawn will look great soon

I’ve been using Natural Green for a year now. I watch my neighbor struggle with bugs etc but never have to worry about any issues while using NG. My lawn has never looked better and it’s a relief to not have to worry about spraying or what to spray each month to keep it that way.

I would not recommend this company at all! I initially called them because I had a single large brown patch in my yard. I presumed it was grubs. The first treatment did nothing, the second did nothing, and when I took a good look around after the third treatment, almost my entire front yard was brown. I emailed to cancel and was told I had a chinch bug problem and just needed to let them keep spraying. Instead of doing that, I called another company who immediately diagnosed my lawn with a severe fungal infection. My grass is green on top, but if you pull it out the roots are black. In order to treat this, I had to rip up my entire front yard and aerate it in the hopes that that’ll be enough to kill the fungus in the soil and I’ll eventually be able to resod. Obviously it’s not natural greens fault the fungus is there, but if they didn’t feel they could handle the problem, they should have told me so from the beginning. At least part of my yard could have likely been saved if the correct treatment was started when the problem was still isolated.

There is one house in my neighborhood that has always had the best lawn. I saw him outside one day and stopped to ask him his trick. He referred me to Natural Green. They have been spraying our house for a few months now and it has really come back to life. I am looking forward to see how it does as we enter spring. Overall I'm happy with their processes and prices.

We've been using Natural Green Lawn Spraying for quite some time. Our lawn has never looked so good. Here it is, January, and we still have a lush green lawn. This is the first lawn service we've used who's pest and disease control services actually work. We would highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to have, and keep, a great looking lawn.

I am both surprised and disappointed to receive this message from your business. Our family has trusted Natural Green for roughly 4 years (since we re-sodded upon buying the home) and have only called in for special visits twice. The first time our concern was handled gracefully by Ed Foster, who took great care of lawn. Our lawn was perfect and he did a great job communicating and treating the lawn.

In the last few months our lawn began to get worse and worse despite us following the same pattern of care. When I called in there was very little response, I almost had to chase the business to get anyone to respond. Once there was a response I was told that someone came out and determined it was an irrigation issue (although it was receiving the same water it always had). Also, nobody ever knocked on the door to talk to us in person. Several days later the technician that sprayed our lawn called me to talk about the poor state of the lawn (apparently, the boots on the ground doing the work realized there was a problem). The technician had no idea that I called in with concerns. This illustrates the poor communication between workers and managers. When I called Casey last week to tell him we are still seeing lots of weeds and patches are not growing in fast enough I sent him several pictures. He admitted the technician was not doing his job and was let go for not communicating or reading case comments. Then, he said our lawn was being overrun by nut grass growing and he would order the chemicals needed to treat the lawn the following week and would call me to schedule a time so that I could meet him and discuss in person.

I did not hear back from Casey, so I called and left him a voicemail today asking him to call me to schedule the time this week. Then we received this cancellation notice. I am certain that had we recognized the change in culture and customer service at Natural Green Lawn Care taking place sooner our grass would not have been ruined and we could have avoided wasting time chasing them. I'd be welcome to talk to the owner of the business who can explain why this happened and correct the situation, but I'm not holding my breath.

My advice is to avoid Natural Green Lawn Care!

Over the past 12 years, I have had three previous lawn service companies, but since starting with Natural Green, my lawn has never looked better. I had a very specific recurring problem with brown fungus that had never been able to be controlled by any of the other lawn service companies. Even though I had followed their instructions about watering, mowing, etc., and even after applying a multitude of chemicals, they still blamed me for the recurring fungus infestations. Aggravating!!
I contacted Casey Barnes, since I knew he was working with Natural Green, and he came out, inspected the lawn, and most importantly, gave me a very understandable explanation of the importance of maintaining the health of the bacteria in a lawn in order to keep the lawn healthy. That made sense! After the initial services, it took a couple of months (don't expect instant gratification) for the healthy bacteria to recover from the residual chemicals (i.e., for the most part, lawn service chemicals kill all the bacteria, bad and good), but now my lawn is the brightest green it has ever been and I am completely satisfied.
In my opinion, another plus to using Natural Green is that the technicians are actually part of the company, and not just working for a paycheck. They not only buy into the entire Natural Green concept, but Natural Green also buys into them.
Based on my experiences and my knowledge of the company, I would recommend that anyone who is having lawn problems should give Natural Green Lawn Spraying a try. I think you'll be pleased you did.

We found out about Natural Green from a neighbor of ours. Her grass always looked so good and we had been through 2 previous companies that kept letting us down. I went ahead and called Natural Green. Dan came out to give us an estimate and was very professional. We started with their service and our yard has never looked better. I called them out special once because of moths in the yard and it was taken care of promptly. Just recently we went to the monthly service so the yard gets treated for ticks as well (and it's natural so it's great for our puppies and kids). They take the time to talk to you at each service and listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have. We've already recommended them to others!

I called Casey after being disappointed with another local sprayer ($27k worth of fresh Saint Augustine sod over run by grubs/ weeds)... with plans of selling the house in the next 4-6months I wanted to have lush green grass for the next family. Casey warned me that it would be hard/ not to get my hopes up (based on that time frame)... but here we are 5months later with closing day in just 2weeks and a beautiful green yard for the new owners! Casey's chemicals are by far the most effective I've seen and his pricing is fair! Will be using at our next property for sure!!!

We have only used Natural Green Lawn Care for a couple months, but they have turned a potential disaster with our lawn completely around! We were having issues with our new, very expensive sod having the same issues (cinch) that we had the original turf replaced for; now we have lush green grass again, and so quickly! I purposely sought out a lawn company that used organic, non toxic materials because of my landscape philosophy, experience, and our small dog - we couldn't be more satisfied with their professionalism and their knowledge - and they have found a committed client for their services!

These guys are excellent, I've been using their lawn spraying services for about a year now and couldn't be more satisfied. I live in Pinellas Park and was using another local spraying service prior to Natural Green, needless to say I made a change due to very poor reults. I got in touch with Casey over at natural green(who is very attentive and educated in his trade) and he came out the same day, he made me aware of the problem I was having and got to work, started to see very noticable changes over the first few applications and today the yard looks better than ever.

I had been trying to battle dollar weed for two years and it finally took over almost my entire yard. I contacted another company who told me (after waiting 3 weeks for a response) there was nothing they could do. I was pleasantly surprised when I called Natural Green and they informed me that not only could they help, they would be doing it in a way that was completely safe for my pets!!! I knew we had a difficult road with my mess of a yard, but it progressed so much faster than I expected! I highly recommend Natural Green and their knowledgeable, helpful staff.

It has been six months since we changed from Tru Green to Natural Green, and the results have been amazing! Our lawn has never looked better! We also appreciate the referral to Erwin's Irrigation Services. Between the new watering system and the monthly treatments the grass is healthier than ever. We are so happy we made this change, and knowing the treatment is chemical-free is a real plus! Also, Jon always texts me ahead of his arrival so that we may unlock our gates....he is very considerate and thorough!
