Jesse did a more than excellent job. He left my filthy cream staircases looking almost like new. I did not let the fact that he was vey late for my appointment of 10 to 12, he arrived 1:30, anger me. But your scheduling was way off and kept me from being able to wait around any longer for any additional work to be done. I’ll reschedule.

Tried to charge me a $50 cancellation fee to cancel a “free estimate” when I gave them several hour notice. Saying that they needed 24 hour notice when I scheduled the appointment yesterday. Don’t use these scammers

Jeremy was punctual, pleasant, professional, detail-oriented, and informative. He took the time to walk me through each room to inspect his work and provided me with after-cleaning instructions. I couldn’t be happier!

My sofa has been stored in a barn for about 8 months and when I was finally able to have it moved to my new house, the couch smelled like the barn! Doll Brothers took care of the barn smell and the pleasant lingering smell is extra nice. Mark was nice, very friendly! Highly recommend Doll Bros.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and I strongly caution others to avoid using their services. I chose this business because it appeared as a “Google endorsed” provider with high ratings, which gave me confidence in their legitimacy. Sadly, that trust was misplaced, this operation appears to be misrepresenting itself and feels like a complete scam.

When scheduling my couch cleaning, I was quoted a lower price after negotiating based on competitor rates. However, on the day of service, the technician arrived with minimal equipment, only a small pest-control-style mister and what looked like a car buffer, nothing resembling professional upholstery cleaning tools such as a steamer or extraction machine. He spent less than 45 minutes “cleaning” a large sectional with three cushions and three oversized pillows. I had to prompt him to flip the cushions, and if I hadn’t supervised closely, even that would have been skipped.

The technician assured me that results would appear after several days and a few vacuum sessions, an obvious excuse, as my couch looked exactly the same afterward. To make matters worse, the final charge was higher than the quoted amount, and an undisclosed credit card fee was added without prior notice.

I feel completely deceived and out several hundred dollars. Please save yourself the frustration and money, choose a reputable company that provides transparent pricing and professional cleaning equipment.

Mark was very pleasant on the phone and in person. Knowledgeable, efficient, careful, tidy and PUNCTUAL are words I would use to describe him. No strong chemical smells, which I’m especially sensitive to, remained and the chairs were completely dry by the next morning. I also thought the price was very reasonable and even included a stain resistant finishing step. I’d grade the experience A+, will use again and proudly recommend.
