Really Professional

So someone from this company came out and looked at my AC, because it was blowing hot air, he figured out that it was a capacitor that was not working, and fix that. However he did not check anything else, because within two weeks later there was a pool of water underneath this box by the AC, I had my plumber come out and look and he said it's the AC that's leaking and he put his finger inside the piping and saw that it was filled with condensation. So I called back really professional cooling and let them know that he missed something when he was checking it, they said they would have Chris call me back. It's been 5 days and he still has not called me back, I think this is really unprofessional of them, at least respond! I've called there twice, and now I have to get another AC company to come and look at the AC again, when I already paid Really professional cooling. Not cool!

Scheduling an appointment is easy with the on-line app, you get a text message confirming the appointment, an in-route notification when they are on the way and they have your complete service history so you don't have to remember past details of service. Always professional, honest, and not trying to up-sell you on services you may not need. Highly recommended.
