I have been using Really Professional Cooling for over seven years now after they did a new install for a room addition on my house. I not only use them at my main home but also used them for my rental property and at two family member's homes as well. Scheduling an appointment is easy with the on-line app, you get a text message confirming the appointment, an in-route notification when they are on the way and they have your complete service history so you don't have to remember past details of service. Always professional, honest, and not trying to up-sell you on services you may not need. Highly recommended.

I have worked with this company twice. Once for my house and the second for my mom's house. Ryan's prices are competitive. The service and install techs are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They take the time to explain things and make suggestions. They left everything neat and tidy.

Recently, we had Chris come out to service our heat pump system. The notification service was excellent and the arrival time was as promised. Chris found a bad switch that needed replacing... everything else was fine. When he went to flip the breaker back on, the internal part broke! My husband obtained a replacement part from the company that originally installed the panel and was told that there was a lifetime warranty on the breaker! Chris stayed in touch and came back out to install the new breaker for us. All this happened at the start of our recent cold snap. Thank you Ryan, Chris and Really Professional Cooling for such super service!

There were permit issues because the county had changed their procedures, etc. We had to have the permit approved and closed before closing the deal on our home. After having to jump through many hoops, Chris with Really Professional, went out of his way to make sure that it was completed before the closing date! And as requested, the crew also got in and out with the installation in plenty of time as we had a small window of opportunity to get the work done. Lots of kudos to Chris and his company!

RPC was referred to me by our amazing home imspector, Charles Freeman with Prestige. Charles was 100% with this referral of RPC. RPC answered my call quickly, made a next day appointment and then sent out Mark who showed up on time. Mark was very professional, answered at least 30 minutes of questions I had without any push back and took care of our AC unit. I like that RPC is local here in Seminole, they have highly skilled technicians, and are friendly and quick to get the job done. If you have an AC issue, call RPC, they will get the job DONE!!! I highly suggest using their services.

Very responsive, answers all questions and concerns immediately via texts, emails and phone. Easily accessible and available. His crew of Chris, Tim and Steve did a very good job from start to finish installing the entire HVAC system in our brand new 6000 square feet home. The technician arrived at the beginning of the time frame given. He was quick in his evaluation and had our air fixed within an hour (thankfully he had the part on his van!). The overall price was phenomenal for the work and service. Will definitely be using Really Professional Cooling for all of our HVAC needs!
