I called and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Spencer Schmukie from Smart Heating and Cooling came on time and did the diagnosis and was able to clean the buildup in the drain line from the A/C in the garage. it has a little sensor (float valve) that when water gets built up shuts off the unit. He cleaned it out (he also discovered the piping hadn't been cemented so fixed that too) and then he had an ability to pour distilled white vinegar in quarterly to remove junk.

John was extremely professional and honest. Highly recommended.

My 1st experience with Smart Heating & Cooling was at my residence in Seminole Florida. The other company I called gave me the run around and charged my unit. After they left it would not cool at all. I called Smart and they responded quickly. Apparently, I had a coil tube broken right where you charge it with freon. We arranged to have the unit replaced and then hurricane Milton arrived. They were very accommodating and re-scheduled. They had to move some water lines and run an electrical supply for my backup heater. All the work was completed in one day and the guys were thorough and respectful. Ani and Jerad are very knowledgeable and can help you pick the right unit for your application.
Because they did a great job, I had them come out to my business of employment and replace a unit in the plant. They were not the cheapest and were not the most expensive. Again, they did a great job.

As a manufacturing maintenance manager, I have a Universal refrigeration certificate, and I understand refrigeration and industrial controls. I hope this review is of value to you.

I called at 4:30 I was able to have a tech out here at 8:00. The person on the phone was courteous and very helpful.
I received a call from Brennan Gibson to say he was on his way.
He was prompt ..professional ..and polite. He had my AC up and running within 20 minutes.
He gave me a few tips on how to keep the lines from plugging up. He offered a reasonable maintenance plan where they come out twice a year.
They have a five star rating and I see why. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely use them again. Reasonable rates too!

Fantastic! Job performed expediently and completed quickly. My only issue was the techs did not speak English. They had someone who they called for communication so it worked but I would prefer someone on site that spoke English. Otherwise, excellent company to do business with. Very responsive to calls and follow up.

Just had a full system heat and AC installed. The installation went very well and we are very satisfied with the unit(s). I can highly recommend their professionalism and the reasonableness of their services.

I had requested AC maintenance services from a few companies and SMART was the ONLY company to respond! The technician, River Holka, was very knowledgeable and professional and suggested a proactive fix for something that could have become very serious and expensive in short order, and that prior companies that had done repeated service never told me about. He provided pictures and a full explanation of the issue with upfront and very reasonable pricing. He had the part on his truck and fixed the unit immediately! What a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend SMART Heating and Cooling and will continue to use their services! Thank you!

company showed up on time, laid floor covering to protect carpet, well oiled machine with one tech installing heat pump outside and other replacing air handler. Both were knowledgeable and professional. They corrected an issue with a shorting wire, would and have recommended to others.

We had a new AC system installed. Jose and his son did a great job. They were early and they got done very quickly.

We arrived home after being away for 2 weeks to find our AC was out! It was 9pm and Mr.Sokol from Smart Heating and Cooling arrived 1 hour Later! I am VERY impressed with the service at SMART heating and cooling! Mr.Sokol was extremely friendly he showed up right at the beginning of our time frame estimate, He did a great job very efficient in diagnosing and repairing our HVAC. I will definitely use this company again in the future!

Technician (Sokol) was extraordinarily knowledgeable and professional. We were heading out to the Pacific the next day and he had us up and running within minutes. He explained the solution in a way we could understand and even recommended additional services that give us peace of mind that while we are away our guests wouldn't suffer the Florida heat - and when we came home, we would be able to enjoy our climate, too! I have to say they followed up (something that people don’t do anymore) . John and Jared were extremely patient with my frustrations. They fixed a problem that I had no hope for. I’m signing up for maintenance plan because they are open when others aren’t. God bless you guys and thank you for making me calm and cool!!!!

Sokol was great to work with. Very professional. Worked late to get me up and running temporarily until new unit can be installed.

Bit of sticker shock at repair cost and new unit. Much higher than I expected. No time to shop around so it is what it is. Owner added pretty big discounts though so that was great!

The team was unbelievable very trustworthy. Very careful on everything very thorough on their cleanup. The team was outstanding very friendly and more than anything very professional.
