Painting reviews in Pinellas Park, Florida

Been living in the house a long time, and this is the third company we have used, and by far the best. Repaired stucco, replaced damaged wood and sealed and caulked everything quite well. Even painted the metal railing. The crew of Dodge and Rickey were courteous, knowledgeable and very detail oriented with their work. Highly recommended!

We had the exterior of our home painted by Jay and his team and couldn’t be happier! Jay was personable and professional and I highly recommend his company and the quality of their work! We will definitely be calling him again in the future!

Had JSL paint my home and glad I choose them. There is a big difference between getting a job done for a cheaper price and getting your job done by a professional. Made my crown look like glass. Couldn’t see a nail hole anywhere. Cleaned up after themselves after each day. Not a drop of paint or dust left anywhere. Thought about painting it myself and so glad I didn’t. No way I could have made it look as good as I did

Jay and his team are absolutely wonderful. This is the second time I have worked with Jay and I can tell you I came back, because of his professionalism, hard work, and excellence. His workers were always on time and hard working too. In a world where you get mediocre service and bare minimum, Jay is still the guy that is the straight shooter, fair, passionate about even the tiniest details. You just don’t get this type of drive and hard work anymore. He will fill you in every step of the way and check in to make sure you are satisfied with all the work. I would call no one else...in fact, already going to have him come back and work on interior as well. I absolutely recommend this company. You see for yourself that this type of excellence is just a treat when you are spending your hard earned money.

JSL is a great company that really takes pride in workmanship and quality. Jay and his team communicated well throughout the process and the expectations were always clear and met. Overall, the attention to detail and quality far surpassed expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend.

We are so pleased with the work JSL painting did for us. It wasn't the easiest of jobs and many did not really want to take it on. We explained the scope of the work and Jay and his staff delivered. They nailed it! We would definitely use them again.

Jay and his team (Jeff and Ricky) are great...professional, personable and most importantly...great painters. Jay made sure he got the job done, ie what we had agreed upon, even if it took a little longer then originally anticipated. He called multiple times along the way to make sure we were satisfied! We will definitely call Jay again!

Jay painted the exterior of our home and I would highly recommend him to anyone with a painting project . He spent several days prepping the walls which is the key to a quality and long-lasting job. Most painters do some minor prep or rush through the work to get paint on the walls. Jay and his team did not rush anything. The quality of his work and attention to detail are hard to find these days and we are delighted with the look of our home!!

Jay, Rick, and crew where clean, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. They painting the exterior, windows, and doors of my home and made it look brand new. Even my neighbors complimented his team and the results. Can't recommend them enough.

Jay and his team did such a wonderful job painting our home. We were so impressed by the time and attention to detail they put in, and the finished product exceeded our expectations! They were so friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them, and we will be recommending them to friends and family!

Jay and Adriana were a great painting team! The amount of time they spent prepping the walls for the paint was amazing. Jay is such a perfectionist and it shows in the final result. It's unbelievable how hard they worked in this summer heat. We love the final product, the painting suggestions and we would highly recommend JSL Painting! They are also both very easy to talk to and be around...

Jay and his team painted the exterior and the interior of our home in 2012, 2017 and 2020. They are very professional, on time and fast. We are very happy with the results every time and would recommend JSL Painting without hesitation. They have done a beautiful job!

A previous stucco repair on one exterior side of our house necessitated repainting that side. In addition, we wanted additional cosmetic enhancements elsewhere on the exterior. Jay of JSL came in with a very reasonable proposal. They fit our job into their schedule very quickly. Mark and Jeff were very professional, and they a did a beautiful job, including matching existing paint. I would recommend JSL without hesitation!

Its going to take a-little time and a-bit long in the tooth to rate the JSL team. But, they are worth taking the time to review.
From the onset meeting with owner Jay we immediately felt a comfort level that we were dealing with a professional. He laid out in detail every step of the work that would be done. We felt his price was fair, not the highest or the lowest of the bids we received.
We established a start date and the team of professionals arrived as scheduled at 7:00 am daily without fail. The professional team set out the scope of the detail agreed upon, began work immediately- there was not alot of talking and absolutely no use of cell phone conversation unless they were ordering more paint. They finished the work day with total clean up and it was always with a smile and a thank you for the opportunity to be working with us. We are nearing the completion of our project after 3 weeks and we have never been more pleased with the finished product. The JSL team is simply amazing! Hence the 5 star rating.

JSL painted my house about 11 years ago and the job really stood up well under Florida’s sun and humidity. That made it an easy decision to hire them again this time.
The house is 2 stories and has a lot of architectural detail that makes it a harder job than most, but Jay and his company did a fantastic job on all of it. Definitely great value for the money.

This is the second time I have used Jay and his crew for painting projects at my house. The first time was to paint the exterior of my house (which is gorgeous). For this project, JSL Painting painted my sad master bedroom, bathroom and vanity. They all look like new! Jay and his crew are skilled and professional painters who know that the key to a great and long lasting paint project is in the prep work. They take time in preparing the project and their painting is meticulous. They are trustworthy and punctual. They also follow-up to ensure that you are satisfied with the project. I will continue to use JSL Painting for future painting project.

JSL is an EXCELLENT to work with. We could not recommend them strongly enough. From start to finish – Jay and his crew are professional, dependable, reliable, and communicative. The preparation, painting, and finishing was top quality. These guys are craftsman! This is our third experience -- (1) interior painting, (2) garage, and (3) exterior painting. We would not hire anyone else to paint our home.

I highly recommend JSL Painting. Jay from JSL Painting came by and looked at my home. He explained in detail what painting services his company will be providing. When I received the quote, his quote had those same details listed which was very important to me. The most important part of the process to me was for them to prep my house before they painted it, and yes, they did a great job prepping my house. For example, after they pressure washed my home, a few cracks were noticeable. So, JSL filled in every crack, and they sealed the house prior to applying two (2) coats of paint. When they completed the project of painting my home from start to finish, I was highly pleased! I didn't think my home could look this great! Also, Jay and his team were highly professional and friendly! THANK YOU, JSL!

We could not be more pleased with JSL Painting from the initial estimate to the final touches. We knew we had a problem when neighbors told us the house had not been power washed when it was previously painted and the paint started to peel. Jay's evaluation was incredibly thorough. He addressed all our concerns and answered questions we hadn't considered. When work started the windows were covered with plastic and any area that could have been damaged was thoroughly protected. The power washing was strong enough to remove much of the old paint and the debris was cleaned up. The painters did a perfect job. Our house looks like new. We highly recommend JSLPainjng and would use them agajn.

Repeat satisfied customer! Had Jay and team do the exterior of our Seminole home last year. Just had them do the interior of our Largo home that my uncle live in getting it ready for sale. They were flexible to our schedule and brought in extra help to stay on schedule when one of their team went down ill. Great professionals and great quality work. Call Jay the owner for help!

What a wonderful experience we received from Jay and his team at JSL Painting. They were extremely helpful with the paint color combinations and great advice for accenting certain parts of the house. The paint quality he uses is the best and you can see what a difference it makes when using a high quality product. The attention to detail and paint craftsmanship is superior and has made our house look brand new and it was built in 2004. We were amazed at the prep work and the great job at masking everything off and protecting everything. The team were so polite, nice and helpful and so thoughtful about making sure the gates were closed so our dogs couldn’t escape. JSL goes beyond to make you happy and do a wonderful job.
