Landscaping reviews in Pinellas Park, Florida

We have a 55 acre park-like community with WestCoast, now Sunrise, for a few years. The Board and Property Manager have sat through more than 15 hours of on-site meetings, one on ones with various account managers and have needed to chase leadership to deliver their promised project manager. The community has suffered thousands of dollars of landscaping damage due to WestCoast neglecting to remove leaves from the community, rather they consistently blow all clippings and leaves back into grounds. They have neglectful customer service and each time come to the property with a plan to do better and never follow through.

run as fast as you can to another company, they' re employees parked in no parking and when we asked them to move to guest parking they were rude and vulgure. we called corporate 4 times in 1 hr and no answer in customer service or any other button we pushed. Don't give your money to accompany that hires trash. They're way too many good people out there pick wisely.

We undertook a massive 13 acre landscape and irrigation project and I could not be happier with the result. Sunrise was super easy to work with, offered accessible, knowledgeable staff, and worked well with other service providers we had on site for other projects. From design to completion, we couldn’t ask for more. Regular mowing and landscape services have also been consistent and reliable.

This company was next-door to our property cutting trees and letting all of the branches fall on our cars. Didn’t give any heads up or asked for them to be moved. And when we went out there and asked them to stop they said they didn’t care. We had to call the police and they had to tell them to stop.

I live in Bahia Del Mar/Isla del Sol/St Petersburg. One of these workers is trimming a tree with my brand new car parked underneath. I went out to let him know that it's not ok. Get told me that if these branches that are all over my brand new Jeep scratch the paint...that means that I have a bad paint job. Are you kidding me? I have pictures. Also, yesterday I witnessed one of them blowing the freshly cut grass trimmings I into the bay/inlet/ocean. Both are these actions are unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be reporting both of these incidents accordingly. Lastly, I called a handful of times...no answer.

We’ve had a rough Hurricane season and these guys have done an exceptional job cleaning up the mess each storm left behind. They were always working hard immediately after the storms to clear roads and remove debris. I appreciate how quickly they were able to get things cleaned up and back to a sense of normalcy each time. Highly recommend them.

I am in charge of all the landscaping at a large condominium on Saint Pete Beach and have been dealing with S&S Lawn and its owner Bill for nine years. On a scale of one to 10 I would give them a 10 rating. They take care of all the grass cutting, cutting over 50 palm trees as well as the mangroves. They also provide fertilization and weed killing to our entire property as well as full irrigation services. I sure like this one stop one phone call operation. The best thing about them is there response time. I call Bill and he immediately he gets back to me, and takes care of whatever it needs to be done immediately. They also do a great job of planting all of our new flowers and various bushes every year. He has some really good crews working for him
