Called because they came highly recommended. I asked if there were earlier appointments, but were told that there weren't. So, I made my appointment between 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. He shows up at 11:30 a.m. I WFH and could not accommodate him at that time. He said that he would come back at the appointed time, but never showed. Mentioned that he would email me with an estimate, without even seeing anything. We also had other work that I hadn't asked them about. Missed opportunity based on ignorance.
