Bonita is fantastic!! Every time we see her she comes in with a smile and gets right to work. She does an amazing job servicing our store, always leaving it sparkling clean. She always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done thoroughly and correctly. When she is done she always makes sure we are happy with her service then goes above and beyond to connect and bring a smile to our faces. I have been very pleased with Enviro-Master over the years and a huge credit of that goes to Bonita!!

The cleaning crew was prompt, friendly, professional and efficient. I felt that the cost was very reasonable for all the services they provided plus they were able to remove some difficult stains from our carpet.

Had them do a move in clean but it doesn't seem like the did anything beyond a quick wipe down of a few things and a quick mop so it would smell clean when we walked it. Definitely feels like a basic cleaning anyone would do not a professional job. The people were friendly and on time but didn't do the job we wanted done and are now having to do ourselves.

I had tenants that wrecked the carpets in my rental. Reached out to these guys and they were quick to respond. Had the carpets looking like new in under 2 hours. Very professional and I would give 10 stars especially with how fast they were able to get the job finished and making the floors look like new. Will definitely 💯 be going to them with all my future needs.
