After hurricane Milton, Origin team was able to install a new roof in less than a week as well as install new solar panels for my house week after and all that at very very competitive price. No delays, no waiting.. they keep their words! Overall, great response time and smooth process from the beginning till the end. I had a new roof put in my house. However I needed a good contractor to take off my solar panels and put them back in after the installation of the roof.

This company is amazing. Not only did they remove them and replace them properly, but they also upgraded all of my hardware!

The price was more than fair, and they are great people to do business with. They even reconfigured them in a new pattern that worked best with my new vents, chimney etc.

We were told our panels would be maintained by Palmetto Solar. Before even a year was up the panels failed. We contacted Palmetto solar and given a service date a month out. A MONTH. I contacted Solar Roof and Generator the seller and installer. They advised they would contact Palmetto and see if they could repair it for us and would call in a couple of days. No call. PALMETTO CAME OUT TWICE after a month of waiting. I asked why so long for service and was told they only have one service tech for all of Florida. They could not find the problem.REALLY. SO GOING ON 3 MONTHS and still no solar. Yet they keep taking money from us each month. We have had such a bad experience with solar Roof and Generator that I would never recommend them. Especially no dealings with Ronnie Lopez head of sales. My wife and I are seniors and this is just another company that will take your money and leave you high and dry. BEWARE

I’ve been using Origin as an installer for about 6 months now. Let me just tell you they’ve been amazing. My biggest priority is always my customers and from my experience most installers in Florida don’t truly care about their customers. Well that’s not the case with Origin, they’re efficient, pay close attention to detail, and most importantly always do their best to make sure the customer is happy. On top of that they’ve been true to their word on everything regarding pay, timelines, and quality of work. Definitely recommend them to those looking to go solar and dealers needing someone to provide quality work.

Great experience and great customer service. We had a new roof installed and Eli and his team removed and then reinstalled my existing solar panels. Communication was great as was response times to all my questions. We ended up moving to Origin Solar for our maintenance and monitoring going forward. No comparison to the last company we were using. I would highly recommend them.
