Avoid!!! I found his ad on Craigslist. I paid them to cut down a dying tree and we also agreed that he would lay sod on part of my front and back lawns that were not doing well. We also agreed he would do some landscaping and cleanup around my house and grind the tree stump. These are all things he advertises in his Craigslist ad. He cut down the tree, which I felt he overcharged for, then he sprayed grass killer in the areas of my lawn to be re-sodded. That's the last I ever heard from this guy. I have tried calling and texting multiple times and he has not responded to any of them in over a week and a half. Now I have a lawn that's half dead and I have to hire someone else to do the job. Avoid Fast Trac Landscaping!!!
