Called early Saturday morning here within a hour fixed within ten minutes. Prices not outrageous but fair. Will call again if needed.

They told me over the phone that they would be able to fix my unit send a service tech out did the diagnostic charge me $75 took me a week to get back in touch with them for them to tell me that their supplier did not have the part and there was nothing they could do even though the part is available from the manufacturer made in the USA

He was early and was quick and efficient. I will continue to use this company for any issues with my AC/HEAT

Have used Jayson's on several occasions for our home AC system. In each instance they were responsive to my messages, came out quickly, and fixed the problem for a fair price. Can't ask for more in my opinion, and will continue to use them when needed.

Referred to by a good friend, called this morning. They were here by lunch got everything handled at a very fair price. Will definitely be my go to for any future HVAC issues..😉

Lucky you that you got a call back. I called them on May 23rd and still waiting on a call back. Smh! It's June 1st and still no call back. Not even outbof courtesy. Calling elsewhere.

My AC quit working in July 2018. Jayson and his team had a brand new unit hooked up and blowing COLD air as soon as the new unit came in the next day. Sorry, I could only give 5 Stars. Their sales, service, response time and follow-up is fantastic. THANK YOU Jayson's Heating & Air

Buyer Beware. I had them come out to my home for an estimate on a whole new system with new ducts. His price was soo high it was unbelievable. I am talking about 4500 USD more then the closest estimate from 4 Air Conditioning Companies. I have a 1600 SF House.

His Goodman unit that he wanted to install alone, he wanted 6 grand, a Packaged unit that sits outside.
Online Retail is 3500. I can understand you want to make money but my goodness........ These units even come per-charged. The pad from the old unit was outside and the electrical etc was already there from the old unit.

1600SFT House with 9 vents and one return of duct he wanted 5k. I could not get him to justify the price. We are talking about round duct that's wrapped with insulation.

As I am writing this, I have another company that is installing the same unit and doing everything for 45% Cheaper.

I hate writing negative reviews, But this one I felt was justified.

Beware of this company.......

Jayson’s heating and air is hands down the best hvac company in north Florida South Georgia. Let’s start by saying I was not referred to them by anyone and didn’t know of them or the company. I found them on google. I was actually referred to 3 other companies and still chose jayson’s and here’s by reasons I’m happy I did. #1 they offered to come same day I called. (No extra fees attached)
#2 The Lady I talked to the 6 times I called was very professional and helpful. Anytime she needed to find something out and call me back she always did promptly.
#3 THE MOST IMPORTANT!!! They are HONEST!!! When I called them I had a diagnosis already from a friend that said my compressor was bad. I relayed the info to the company so I would know exactly how much I’m going to be spending. The company gave me a quote and I gave them a go ahead to start taking out the compressor while I picked up the part (it was under warranty from the company I bought my hvac unit from). As I’m on my way to valdosta they called (within 30 minutes) and said it was fixed. It was something else called a capacitor and it was $500 Cheaper than my original quote.
To me in this day and age that speaks volumes. They have gained a loyal customer for life. I will also be referring family friends and colleagues if they are ever in need.
