Top notch. Great service. Great people. TJ came out showed me all the issues with my system, showed me ALL options, (repair and replace) very informative and helpful. I ended up replacing my 10 year old system. Loaned me a portable unit to use until they were able to get out and install the new one (which was the next day). If you ever get the opportunity to use the great people at Flo Rite I strongly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

Thomas was very clear and precise and had a lot of experience and knowledge regarding air conditioning systems. We were treated like family and felt they were very trustworthy.
