The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. They installed and removed my entire heat pump, condenser, and air handling system in only a few hours. I was very satisfied with their service, as well as the cost of the new system. I highly recommend Bruce Jones AC to anyone who appreciates outstanding service at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend using Bruce Jones for all your AC needs. Bruce’s team maintained our older unit for several years and never pushed new equipment until it was absolutely necessary. When it came time for a new system installation, Bruce provided a great price and top-notch service.

You need not look further! Bruce Jones Air is the firm you will almost certainly choose in the end, as we did. We got bids from 5 other companies on several different top brands, including Carrier, before calling our real estate agent, who urged us to try Bruce before making a decision. She had used this firm for years and recommended Bruce to many clients who were also very satisfied. You should know that American Standard and its twin, Trane, are Consumer Report's top ranked brands for customer satisfaction and for reliability. Carrier is third. We rate Bruce and each of his crew as highly as his heat pumps! Tops! They are professional, courteous, friendly, reliable, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Their bid was over $2,000. less than the nearest competition for a similar product! (But you probably know brands and models have so many features that they are very difficult to compare.) We area extremely pleased with the service by Bruce's AC. What I had assumed was going to be a complete system replacement from what I was told by the first company that came out. From the advise of a friend, we called Bruce's AC for a confirmation and a second opinion. We are thankful we did , turns out we only needed a capacitor and new fan motor. I appreciated the honesty from the technician ,when I was fully expecting to have to replace the whole thing. In this day and age...it's refreshing to know there are honest businesses still out there.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bruce Jones Air. From the first call to the last email with my receipt Bruce Jones Air was knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, efficient, and an all around great business to deal with. Purchasing a new A/C is a large ticket item and they made me fell comfortable and confident choosing which unit to install in my home. Once I made the decision they had me scheduled in no time. The technicians showed up on time in a professional manner. There was damage to the air handler when they unpacked it so the loaded it back up in their truck and went to pick up a new on from the manufacturer. They were back within the hour and began the install. The install was clean and done right from top to bottom. I was shown how the system worked and was asked if I had any other questions multiple times prior to them leaving to make sure I was satisfied. I have found a company that I will use from now on for any of my A/C needs and will HIGHLY recommend Bruce Jones Air to my neighbors and friends. Bruce Jones Air is the only HVAC company we would ever use. Bruce first started working on our AC over 20 years ago and we have continued to use his company because he is honest, reliable, and has only charged us for work that needed to be done. We have recommended Bruce Jones Air to family and friends and no one has ever been disappointed. You won’t be either.

Can't say enough good things about Bruce Jones Air, highly recommend them! Unfortunately the flippers who I purchased my home from did not pull permits and used unlicensed workers to install the new AC and it failed in June. I explained to Bruce my situation and he had a crew out immediately to install an entire AC system. The Crew showed up on time completed the work quickly and were very professional. They even walked me through everything they did and answered all my questions while providing me with additional, valuable information about my unit. Overall great experience!

Update: Well it's been about a year and our new upstairs unit has been great. Just last week, after a long 18 year life, our downstairs unit finally threw in the towel. Bruce Jones came out right away and provided a competitive quote on an efficient American Standard 4 ton unit and we had it installed the next day. It's so quiet and cools so much better that I wish I had pulled the trigger last year. After many years of helping us nurse our previous units to a ripe old age, and replacing them both with new modern systems, we can say that all of Bruce Jones Air employees have provided great service and fast, professional installation.

Excellent service from the inspection visit to the final installation. Received a proposal to replace our upstairs A/C with three models to choose from based on size and SEER ratings. Bruce helped us select the best fit based on our particular situation. Installation was quick and professional. When our downstairs unit gives out, I will be using Bruce Jones Air Conditioning.

I highly recommend Bruce Jones AC. Bruce and team replaced my residential unit on time, at a terrific price and with high quality. Bruce was response and communicative before, during and after the work. Great company.

Bruce Jones Air Conditioning did a great job. The whole team did a great job communicating throughout the process. The installation team was on time. And best of all, the finished product looked great and did a great job controlling the temperature and the humidity.

7/102024 - Today my AC unit wasn't working, I called Bruce Jones Air Conditioning and immediately he sent Tom to take care of it; withing 30 minutes by AC unit was fixed and working again.
I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate his top quality service.

Over the past 9 years, Bruce Jones Air Conditioning has replaced 2 heat pumps and air handlers in my house. This is a family business where his son in law Eddie, son Josh and others work together to do a great job for the customer. In addition, Bruce beats the competition in price and service, hands down!

Just had my 2nd American Standard a/c system installed by Bruce Jones Air and they did a great job! This is the company to go to for all your home/business a/c issues and maintenance. Their technicians that I've dealt with(Lance, Josh, Eddie, and owner Bruce) are all knowledgeable in their trade, professional, honest, and will take care of any issues that you are dealing with. Our old a/c went out on July 4th and Bruce was able to send someone out early the next morning to get us up and running until the new system could be installed. I have used Bruce Jones AC for the last 15 years. I mark my calendar every Spring to have them come out and do my annual cleaning and maintenance and when repairs are necessary they are always here same day...sometimes within the hour! They are friendly professionals who have done their best to save me money whenever they can and have kept my 20-year-old unit working great!

Bruce recently gave me a heads up that the AC manufacturer's prices were going up again soon so I decided to install a new unit.

Lance, Eddie and Josh were here at 7:30 this morning for the install and did it in record time without a problem. They explained everything I needed to know about the new unit and I decided to invest in the 10-year labor warranty to protect my investment further.

Bruce and Lance always do a great job at a great price. Had a leak in my system over the holiday weekend, Bruce got it setup and Lance was at my house before 9 am, repairs completed and system functioning perfectly in just a couple of hours.

These guys are FIVE STAR for a reason!! They installed my new A/C unit four years ago… and it runs great!! I purchased the 10 year parts and labor warranty from them and love it! I cannot explain how thrilled I am to have found Bruce Jones Air who came highly recommended by a friend of mine. After facing a major ongoing issue with a brand new system for an entire year with a company who speculated (incorrectly) and pointed fingers instead of problem solving, Bruce came over for a next day appointment and seems to have pinpointed exactly what the issue is.
