Chris and Nick were True professionals! ;) They fixed our emergency plumbing issues in the middle of the night with little to no wait time. They were here in less than 20 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and working on it immediately. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Will be calling them for all future plumbing and ac needs and more. Thanks guys!

Kent came out on a Saturday morning to install my new water heater. He did a great job, everything was a smooth operation. I have a very old home with copper pipes and he was able to replace the copper with new copper. Everything looks good, no extra damage to my walls, very professional job. I'm grateful this company has techs that can work late hours and also on weekends. I called the night before and was provided service very quickly. Thanks guys

Had called these guys for what seemed like a small leak at first but actually was a larger issue than expected.

Not only did Pat (plumbing side) and Red (mitigation side) help solve that initial leak, change out the bathtub hardware, set up humidifiers, fans and an air scrubber they also found another leak that we didn’t even know about and fixed that leak too!

On top of all that, they explained each issue and solution in depth in simple terms that made it understandable to me what was happening and what steps were going to take to resolve in.

On top of all of that, both Pat and Red are both humorous and extremely easy going, which made the 5 hours they worked here not feel super long or awkward.

You guys are honestly the best. Thank you so much! 10/10.

Late on a Tuesday night (10:30pm) we had sewage back up into our home. Frantically called multiple plumbing companies that all stated they were 24/7 to have no one available to come out until the following day. We found True plumbers and in 10 minutes they had dispatched someone to come to our home. The plumber that was sent to our home was Patrick.Oh my what a great guy. He brought so much joy and laughter in an extremely stressful situation. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of my 1,000 questions. Patrick also didn’t mind my partner and I watching over his shoulder and was enjoying showing us all his gizmos and gadgets. We are so appreciative of his kindness and his willingness to do his best to find a solution for every problem that came up. He didn’t leave our home until 2am and had a smile on his face the entire time. Cant recommend this company enough. Patrick you’re a legend!

Patrick and Paul came out on a Saturday to help with a plumbing emergency. They were good-natured, efficient, and informative. They showed me where the problem was, kept me informed of their progress, and got my problem fixed quickly. I had a larger pipe issue that needed tending to, so they explained the different options I had, wrote up an estimate, and sent it to me for later. As well, they explained the other services the company had to offer and helped me set up an appointment to have another issue reviewed. They were great!

Chris and Kenny were exceptional. They were very professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. Customer service was outstanding. They took the time to explain and answer all my questions.

Had an unfortunate pipe burst on a Sunday, late. We were able to turn off the water to the house, but now what! True Plumbers was recommended by our neighbors so we called them. They came first thing in the morning Monday. They were so great. The price was fair, and the two technicians, Paul Newell and Patrick Johnson, were so professional and kind. I highly recommend True Plumbers. They did a great job!

We had a new a/c unit installed in our office and it was installed quickly and professionally we are very satisfied with True Plumbers. We highly recommend them.
