I cannot say enough great things about PRS (Pipe Restoration Solutions). They are my TOP vendor for the hi-rise condo bldg. I manage. Great office staff, Mary Ann Moore, and the ENTIRE PRS crew!

We used PRS for cast iron pipe relining. They did a wonderful job, communicated great, showed up on time, and got the job completed on schedule.

Unfortunately our pipes were in such bad shape that the firm could not do the cipp process. In spite of that, we have nothing but high praise for this company and their staff. They are extremely professional, their employees are courteous (whether part of the sales team or the onsite crew) and use time explaining the issues, problems, challenges, etc. They did their level best to help us and when they could not give us our desired solution they worked to get the pipes in as good a condition as they could to give us time. It is no cliche to say they went above and beyond what they could have done even when they found out they could not complete the contract through no fault of theirs.
