We called Triple Air and they had a tech come out right away! He checked out our system and suggested that we needed to have our ducts cleaned. We discussed options and we finally agreed to have him come out and do the cleaning and also to add a UV light into the system. He came out as we agreed and arrived right on time (which was appreciated as we had a busy schedule that day). He proceeded to perform the work and was courteous and tidy. GOOD GUY! I would highly recommend this company! AAA+
