Constraction reviews in Pompano Beach, Florida

JBL flooring- Steve and William and their team just finished removing Mexican tile throughout my whole house. This is no easy project.
They were AMAZING! From the beginning they were patient and explained everything; they walked me through the process right up until the morning of. They did an EXCELLENT job and left my house so clean. They kept their word in their arrival time and timeline of the project. Even my tile installer who stopped by to see the job called me to tell me how impressed he was. Not only did they deliver on their services but they were helpful, professional and kind.

My parents used JBL to remove old wood flooring and tile. William and his crew arrived on time and were extremely professional. Their work was beyond our expectations. They were neat and meticulous for this very challenging project. Cant say enough about their professionalism. Steve the owner, was just as exceptional to work with. I'm already recommending them to friends and family!

EXTREMELY happy with the service and end result in dealing with JBL Flooring. We needed our entire tile flooring in our home removed, but were delayed for 11 months due to insurance company. JBL, stayed with us as far as keeping contact and ensuring availability when we were ready to get the job done. As soon as we were able, JBL was the first company we called to get our work completed. They were out within 3 days. The crew was very professional and got to work immediately, and left our home clean. PROFESSIONAL … DEPENDABLE … RELIABLE … FRIENDLY. We HIGHLY recommend JBL Flooring Removal Solution.

These guys are the absolute best. We had several areas of tile and wood flooring that needed to be removed. From the moment I first called Steve to the time the job was done, the level of communication, punctuality, and professionalism was unmatched. Steve, William, and his crew were excellent to work with. They took care of everything from protecting our walls and cabinetry, to sealing up the a/c vents, to cleaning up every tiny scrap of flooring and adhesive. They use all the best equipment so the job is done correctly and promptly. If you need flooring removed, JBL should be your first and last call.

Very professional and hard working individuals at JBL. They got hired for floor removal/ wall demo and completed the task at a fast pace of only 2 days. Floor removal took one day and after they made sure to clean up. Day two was all wall demo and after they finished they completed an extremely deep clean for the sections of the house they worked in.

Everyone was very friendly and they worked extremely hard. While on breaks they showed respect and were more then willing to carry on conversations even during that more than deserved break. Price was extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Great pricing and awesome customer service. We are a flooring company who sometimes subs out the removal of existing tile on big jobs if we are in a bind or need it done quicker than can be done by hand. We contacted JBL and they gave us a quote immediately at a very fair price which we would know since we are a flooring company as well. They got us right on the schedule quickly and the day of the job they showed up on time and got the job finished quick as promised and with very little mess or dust. Our installers were stoked to say the least when they arrived to see the sub-floors spotless, smooth and ready for tile installation. I would recommend these guys to anyone and we will certainly be using them again in the future! Great job guys, 5 stars all the way!

Stephen and his team were phenomenal and professional. Excellent communication, worked quickly and effectively, and most importantly they did an amazing job and made my floors look brand new and prepped them perfectly so that new flooring can now be installed. There is no reason to look any further, JBL Flooring are your guys!

I had an amazing experience with JBL Flooring Removal Solution. Steve is a wonderful man and extremely professional. I would 100% recommend him for any job. I wish I could give 10 stars because he and his crew truly deserve it! Thank you Steve.

I hired JBL to remove all of the tile flooring in my condo unit and couldn't have been happier with their work! William and his crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job- they left the floors smooth & even and vacuumed up every bit of dust. They even hauled away some other material I had from knocking down a wall, which was above & beyond what I expected. Not only was their work top-notch, they had the best price in the area after getting a quote from a few companies. Don't look any further... use JBL, they are the best in the business!

Steve is extremely down to earth and honest and his crew is very professional, clean, and completed the work very fast. I had mexican tile in most of my house and the crew quickly removed it all and smoothed out the floors in two days! They hauled away all the debris and when they were done, the house was ready for my tile installers. Pricing was very fair, their work was excellent, and I would definitely recommend them!

JBL Flooring Solutions is simply amazing! They flawlessly removed the Saltillo tile on our first floor and carpet on the second floor, transforming our home beautifully. Steve is a true professional, leading the team with exceptional skill and attention to detail. The entire team was professional, efficient, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Absolutely the best service we've ever experienced—highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with JBL Flooring Solutions. Steve was great as he was able to squeeze us in on short notice. The work crew was very professional, detail oriented and caring to our home. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for floor removal services. 5 stars!

JBL flooring is the best demolition and flooring removal company by far. Steve and his team are true professionals, the communication, planning, adherence to the committed dates, speed and cleanliness of the place were absolutely outstanding. This is truly dust free. We did an extensive demolition across the entire house including baths and kitchen, everything A+++. Thanks to Steve, William and all the JBL team!

We had a wonderful experience with JBL! Steve was fantastic to work with. He came right out to look at our job and was very prompt in getting us an estimate. We had an entire house of very thick Mexican tile to be removed and we knew that was going to be a tough, messy job. He was very thorough in explaining their process, from the prep work to the equipment they use. William and his crew were amazing! They were very prompt and thorough. William walked the entire house with us and again and gave us another thorough explanation of the process. They protected everything they could with plastic and had the best equipment, from removal to cleanup. Even though they explained the vacuuming process etc., I was still expecting to see dust as I knew this was a huge, messy job. While there must be some residual dust in the air as nothing can be truly dust-free, I couldn't find any when they left. The house was left very clean and perfectly ready for our new floors to be installed. They even helped with a tricky "curb" removal from the master bathroom shower that was just a really dangerous design. From beginning to end, we are very pleased with the job JBL did for us and we would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Steve, William and crew for your very professional and fantastic work!

Steve, Will and all of their team were extremely professional. They got the job completed in 2 days. Even though it was holiday season they were extremely punctual. We could not be more happy with the way the floor turned out. They cleaned everything and left everything spotless.

Truly amazing crew! We needed the removal of thinset, wood glue, tile, and wood from our property, and JBL delivered. They were on-time, they were meticulous, and they got the job done. Very happy we found them!

I had the best experience with JBL! Steve was so helpful. We’re first time homeowners and he gave us so much advice and information as we walk through a renovation. I’m so grateful.

We were so happy when the schedules aligned for us to work together. His team removed all of our tile and carpet in two days. They do an excellent job to make sure they aren’t spreading dust all over the house and they leave the home clean. Always arrived on time and finished within the timeline that they gave us.

The price was on point with quotes we got — but they go above and beyond taking precautions like turning off the air and covering existing fixtures and appliances. We highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone to remove your flooring.

I highly recommend this company! Our neighbor referred them for floor removal, and the experience was absolutely AMAZING. They carefully covered every item in the house, and when the job was done, there wasn’t a trace of dust! Steve was professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. His specialized equipment kept dust to a minimum, leaving the house spotless. Best of all, they completed the job in just one day, while other companies quoted two. Give them a call—you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Last May, my wife and I hired JBL Flooring Removal to help demo the flooring and bathrooms in a newly purchased house. After we called 5 different demo businesses we got a hold of them. Personally, I was getting scared after all the demolition business stood us up or were very sketchy. JBL Flooring Removal Solutions is the best and over delivered.

Some key points I saw from the very start: They were on time. They had a crew. They communicated. They cleaned up and there was no dust. They charged what they said. They leveled the floor. They were perfect in every respect. The team worked hard and was friendly.

I am sorry I forgot to give Steve and his team 5 stars after so many months. Redoing a house is a ton of work and this business made the start of it so easy.

Thank you again to you are your team!

I HIGHLY recommend JBL Flooring to any one looking for a flooring removal company. Not only are they fantastic to communicate with over the phone, but the crew is just as wonderful to deal with. From the owners down to the crew, all were very polite, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Tom, Steve and William were terrific to deal with. They did a great job in removing my tile floors and not ruining the terrazzo flooring underneath. They left them clean and smooth to either restore the terrazzo or lay new flooring on them. The house was clean upon leaving and nothing was damaged, even the baseboards. Crew arrived on time and was professional throughout the entire job. Pricing was unbeatable. Pictures below of before and after. If I could give more stars...I would.
