Carl was able to deliver a 4 point, wind, home, irrigating, pool and seawall inspection at a reasonable price and within 2 days from the time I called. He is VERY knowledgeable about a home's systems. I am a general contractor and Wise Move found many things I had overlooked. The report was detailed and easy to understand. He is working with me on updating our wind and 4 point inspection once we fix the items the insurance company had concerns about, and again at a reasonable price. Carl came by to perform a seawall inspection on a house I was set to purchase. His report saved me from making a huge mistake that would have costed me approx $100,000. i used wise move many times for my home inspection. from roof inspection, to wind mitigation reports, and 4 point full home inspection. Carl got me the needed info to reduce my wind insurance and to get me new homeowners insurance. it seems that when it's time for renewal or you are shopping insurance it's a must have! also a good idea to do a inspection when buying property, especially when the old owners pay for a percentage of repairs! it's well worth it!
