Electrical Marketplace has great quality products and the best prices in Town!

I ordered lights from Electrical Marketplace in June 2016. Now it's December and I still have no lights. They charged my credit card in June and I have not heard from them since. I have written asking about my order and then again to cancel my order. They never even responded. Their web site says my order is being processed. It's been over five months. Now I am going through the dispute process with credit card company. The positive ratings posted by Tom and Claudia Haggerty are also the owners.

Maggie is an extraordinary salesperson. I have rarely every met anyone who is both incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and also not trying to hard sell me the entire time. Her dedication to her job and their ability to make quality and long-lasting connections with clients with no prior relationship should be a true testament to the value that she brings to the company. I don't know her position within the corporate heathy, but I would highly recommend you do whatever you can to keep her happy and loyal to your company and brand. If I were in the lighting business, you bet i would try o to snipe her right up if I could

Ordering was easy, products were exactly as described, and shipping was fast. We purchased LED exit signs and emergency lights for a commercial project and everything passed inspection without issues. Pricing is competitive and customer service was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Good cable. Great price. Perfect for what I need it for but damn the 50 feet is heavy. I should of gotten two 25 feet and just connect them.
