Bad comunication,If you order material you better be on them.I made a order they told me to wait a week ,turns out they never ordered it ,my customers were pist.

It was a great experience the salesman was on point it took 10 min from start to finish and I was back on the jobsite.

This place is very understaffed be ready to wait over an hour for the simplest order on the other hand the Staff they do have is very helpful and knowledgeable. MICROMANAGING AT ITS FINEST.

waited for 40 minutes no service . Employees kept walking past all the customers. Just left and went to Home Depot I lost more waiting for no service than the discount. Hope they do something about the poor service otherwise I'll start looking elsewhere.

This place is a complete nightmare. If you don’t value your time or want to be ignored for half the day have a seat. Literally have a seat. You’re gonna be ignored by illiterate ignorant people for at least an hour. What a joke!

I have been going to this store for years and the counter crew has been the most helpful out of all the supply houses I have used. Claude, Pete, Jake, and Dave are the best!

Process of checking out an order is extremely slow. I wish they made it faster so customers would decide to buy here more often instead of going to home depot.

We purchase lots of materials at World Electric Supply all around the Miami-Dade and Broward county area. Out of all of them, Pompano Beach is the best. I love coming in and being able to find what we need and many times even more of what I am looking for. These guys are awesome and do walk the extra mile taking care of their customers. I accidentally found this store and it was awesome. They have a ton of high quality stainless fasteners, and 12 wiring supplies. I'll be back!

Charlene & Joanna will greet you with nothing but attitude. If you want to go to a shop that does not care about suppliers and you have a ton of time to waste and want to deal with nasty people that then get confused when they get met with the same nasty then go to this shop. If you need other suppliers here is a list of anyone that is better, city electric (and that says something since they are only two stars), miami dade, graybar, home depot, a random back alley.

World Electric Supply is a wonderful fully stocked electrical supply house. They have everything that you need for any electrical job, either commercial or residential. The guys at the counter are the best. They are always pleasant and friendly regardless of how many questions that I have for them. It is always a pleasure doing business with the World Electric Supply team in Pompano Beach. I love their new location. Very state of the art and great parking.

But Updating a year later...call yesterday Tuesday and waited 23 minutes .
I hang up and call back again and again they answer but the guys at the sale counter are not of interest.....
.sad but actually on hold ..3 times now.Well the star because the secretary do answer but the front counter omgggggggggg.
I called 7 times. I still waiting...I normally use ced to rexel and others but I never was able to get through here..I was told goodluck by a friend.
