Our tile floors were removed and replaced with luxury vinyl flooring. We were told our furniture and cabinets would be covered, but that was not done. Two large Oriental rugs were rolled up. Flooring came out well, but our home was a complete dust bowl. Chem-Dry was recommended by a friend. I saw good reviews online and called on Thursday and spoke with Kevin. He sent Trey on Saturday morning. He was very professional, explaining what would be done, very courteous, and very helpful. We believe the charge was very fair and we were more than pleased with the service given, both by Kevin and Trey. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Josh from Premier Chem-Dry was an excellent technician. He was on time, friendly and very experienced. My carpets came out beautifully cleaned and it did not take very long to have 4 rooms done. Plus, because of the Chem-Dry process the carpets were not left soaking wet and I was told they will be dry in 2-3 hours. I will be calling again soon to have my couch cleaned.

We hired Premier Chem-Dray to clean our couches and area rugs in the family and formal living rooms. Tray was excellent! He did a great job! He was pleasant, professional, and highly efficient. We will be scheduling a second visit to clean our tile, stone, and grout areas in the house.
