Linda is exceptional and very professional. She has great customer service. We use Open Arms twice weekly at our sales center and the office always smells clean and feels light and airy after each cleaning. I would definitely recommend Open Arms.

I was highly disappointed with the cleaning service we received. The cleaning was inconsistent at best. Sometimes they'd dust, other times they wouldn't; the same went for mopping the floors. Having cameras in our home, we were able to see that they didn’t mop properly — instead of thoroughly cleaning, they simply spot mopped in certain areas.

We also made clear requests, such as starting in specific rooms to avoid disturbing conference calls, but these requests were ignored. We even asked them not to wear shoes in the house to protect our white carpet, but that request was also disregarded. The final straw was when we were charged extra for oven cleaning and found muddy shoe prints all over our tile floors. I would not recommend this service based on our experience.

Linda and assistant performed a fantastic job at the residence they cleaned. I would recommend her highly. As a matter of fact, I want to hire her for my residence! Very thorough and professional!

Over the past 5 years the ladies and men from Maria Silva's cleaning service have done an excellent job in cleaning my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. As a 2 person team, they have repeatedly thoroughly cleaned the apartment.

Fabi and her team are extremely detailed and i have been using them for both cleaning my house when i moved and for weekly cleaning at my new place. She is very flexible and always fits me in and accommodates my ever changing schedule / she is there to supervise and if it’s not spotless she will not leave. I am sure you can find cheaper but with her it’s quality and safety and is reliable. Well worth it and i have had my friends use her and the team as well ..
