We had a new couch only 2 years old. Gustavo got the stubborn stains out. Our couch looks like brand new from the showroom. Highly recommend

Don't even know where to start first; I made an appointment with this person, and then they didn't even message me saying they couldn't make it. A second time he came to my apartment complex, he complained the concierge was asking for identification. Yes, they are going to ask. I live in a high-end building, and the only reason why I requested your service was that my friend referred him. It is so frustrating. He showed up to the apartment and then told my boyfriend that this is why he does not do anything in high apartments because they give him problems and complain; then he left the apartment and did not even message me right away. Not to mention horrible customer service. I don't care how much I was going to pay. he complained about the number of machines or products he's going to bring and then said he had a disagreement with my boyfriend when he barely even speaks Portuguese. You guys are unreliable and not professional. How do you deny a job to do? I am very upset with this company, and it is a waste of time.

Gus and Sam were both professional and did a very nice job cleaning cerami tile for me. They were also friendly and fairly priced. I recommend them.

Outstanding service! Gustavo and Sam went above and beyond cleaning my white couch. They worked very meticulously and did not stop until my couch looked brand new. Spectacular job! Highly recommend!

THE WORST!! Wish I could give no stars. They ruined 4 of my area rugs!! They stayed wet for 3 days and they turned brown within hours. Texted and called for a week. They offered to do it again but of course I said no. Then they stopped replying & won’t refund anything I paid. WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS OR $

Our couch had a line on it from the dog and milk stains from the baby. One True Clean got it all off and the couch looks brand new! Also cleaned the recliner which looks great too! Thanks!

This is my first review on google but I wanted to make sure I took the time to share my experience with others that are looking for help with this type of work.

We had 2 large area rugs cleaned… one has long nap and required different approach/machine. I also had some runners cleaned. It all honestly looks better than when it was new. They cleaned up after themselves and left it all sparkling.

You will not regret it - don’t wait in calling them. I have put them on the calendar for regular maintenance cleaning each year.

Had my floors cleaned and polished on the 29th of September 2023. I am extremely impressed with the awesome job completed and having all done in one day. To the owner Guy you are the best and how you were able to move all furniture and accessories and put them all back after its completion I’m more than pleased. After having several contractors this is the one that I selected and I know it was the best choice. Pricing was the best and work was awesome. I didn’t know how good my floors could look and with its shine after polish I’m impressed. I highly recommend this company and will say you too will be extremely satisfied.
